NB Commentary: Sometimes it is hard for me to wrap my head around the dichotomy that the US calls foreign policy. On one hand they support "freedom fighters" who want to dispose of an evil dictator, on the other hand they prop up evil dictators and guarantee them long life and protection.
In the case of immigration they want to take in Syrians, whom they have no idea what type of social ills they may bring to this country or how many of them may be disgruntled refugees ready to be radicalized, an

NB Commentary: But they do know how it came about. they know who created it and why. It was bio-warfare, created in the laboratory. It has killed many in its wake and has filled the coffers of the pharmaceutical companies.

It was first experimented on white gay males who had Hepatitis and was believed to cure them of that disease. It did not and instead spread. Once they saw the impact of it spreading they decided to take it to Africa and blame it on

The Scourge of Modern Slavery

Michael-Walsh_488391.jpgBy Michael Walsh  | It is said that people don't want to hear the truth because they don't want their illusions destroyed. This is understandable but it gives pause for thought as to how much our opinions are shaped by propaganda and self-deception. Human bondage conjures up images of enslavement of Africans by Europeans. However, since its 'abolition' in 1807 by Europeans the scourge of slavery has increased. Slavery is now widespread and by association we are all sweatshop slave owners.

Mr. President, we salute your efforts and patriotism in making Rwanda a better place than it was 20years back.  We also understand that some people are bitter about your progress and this is normal. We are highly indebted in you putting Rwanda in the global economic map, a peaceful country, a place where people live in harmony with each other; you have developed a dynamic workforce for a dynamic economy and leading example in the work for women empowerment, participation in political, economic a

NB Commentary: When the now President Obama was running for election back in 2007 he made a lot of promises and gave people the adage that Hope and Change were in the offing. It was time and "Yes, We Can" rang out through the media and the entertainment world took it up and splattered every media outlet with this adage. I even remember myself feeling anxious about the election and wondered if he really would win. He appeared to be anti-everything that his predecessor was openly for.

Afro Bolivians are Bolivians of African ancestry

Most, if not all, were brought as slaves to work for European colonizers.  African slaves may even have been a part of Francisco Pizzaro’s expeditions in Upper and Lower Peru.  They originated in different areas of Africa, including Congo, Angola, Senegal, Mozambique, Ivory Coast, and Ghana, and in most cases were brought to Upper Peru from Lima or Buenos Aires, cities that did a lively trade with slave merchants. Afro-Bolivians have always had a

Daniel%2BHoltzclaw-2.jpgNB Commentary: It boggles the mind that people fall apart when the gavel comes down on their heads, when they had no compunction when bringing the gavel down on another's. This happens over and over again. The serial killer doesn't want to die... the serial rapist fears being raped.. What is it and where is the disconnect? How do you explain this in any logical terms? One guilty verdict is enough.....to send this man whirling into the path of destruction..... there were too many to count in this

The Men of the Fifth World

The Men of the Fifth World

NB Commentary:

All to often we forget about the vastness of this globe and its people who live in what we modernists call primitive. But in observing them, you find an ancient peace, a sacred wonder, an intense appreciation for the Earth.  Take a moment and view this video that shows us the almost extinct Ancient Aboriginals living in the land the white man calls Australia. Take a journey into the timelessness of  those who live in DreamTime. A must watch.

Who Invented Christmas?

Christmas-16624_300x250.jpg?width=450Christmas did not originate in the Christian religion. It came from the ancient Romans. Every year in December they held a festival called “Saturnalia” in honor of their god Saturn. The festival ran for a week starting in December 17 up to December 23.

Saturnalia was a time of freedom and pleasure without consequence. People could do what they wanted and the law wouldn’t punish them. In fact, all courts of law were closed during the week-long festivities. The Romans would take this opportunity

By Raynard Jackson, Columnist ~

When acclaimed director, actor, producer, Spike Lee broke onto the Hollywood scene in the 1980s; he truly had to fight the power.  Hollywood was not ready for a young, brash, provocative filmmaker like Lee.

He burst on the scene with provocative movies like She’s Gotta Have It, School Daze and Do The Right Thing.  These movies created spirited debates in the Black and White communities centered on the hot social issues of the day; femi

NB Commentary

I have been hesitant to be drawn into this alleged crime/false flag/hoax for the past few days as I do believe that  a crime certainly had been committed and possibly several crimes to be sure but then the information came across my desk and this video is so compelling I had to share it and comment.
7 Things I learned today.
  1. The suspects were handcuffed and drug out of the back of the SUV. Now how is that possible if they were supposedly shooting at the police while driving. See video
