Paramore's latest video exposes past conflict

Just when you thought rock outfit Paramore couldn't release yet another single off last fall's "Brand New Eyes," the band does just that -- and makes a telling music video to match.

"Brand New Eyes," the band's third studio release, thematically exposed a heated conflict that developed between band members Josh Farro, Zac Farro, Taylor York, Jeremy Davis and front woman Hayley Williams.

It was a brawl that centered on growing up and growing apart -- and threatened to destroy the band for good.

Blacks vote Democratic upwards of 92% during presidential elections and about 90 % during congressional elections. Can Blacks actually say they have received a sufficient return on

ROCK STEADY OR GET ROLLED UP LIKE A SLEEPING BAG

The strategy employed against us as changed from "divide and conquer" to "one size fits all" with the exception being that it now only applies to the black man. Black women have been elevated out and beyond our control and reach.

With the black woman having been economically and systematically elevated through media projections, employment advancements and strategic social engineering the black man stands alone and is now being herded as cattle to a destination of captivity.

Voters Face A Taxing Problem

November 12, 2010

Raynard Jackson

With a lame duck session of Congress convening next week, everyone is talking about whether the Bush tax cuts should be extended or allowed to expire at the end of this year.

Republicans argue that if the cuts are allowed to expire, that amounts to a tax increase. Democrats want to continue the cuts for those making less than $ 250,000 per year and let expire the cuts for those making more than that.

Once again, Democrats are proving why they are viewed as weak on e

I spoke at wordsmiths back in 1995 in Los Angeles and told the "Artists and activists" that were there that Black theater these days are nothing but Mintrel shows without the Black Face and that we should be proactive in ensuring that our children don't look back on us in shame because of the way we allowed our people to be depicted on stage. They promptly called the Brotherhood Crusade and tried to get me fired for disrupting The meeting. NOW, here we are. And these POOR misguided COLORED artis

QUESTION : WHY DID MARTIN LUTHER KING STRESS FOCUS ON CONTENT OF CHARACTER INSTEAD OF ON SKIN COLOR??

Here is the answer: in this society the color black is synonymous with numerous negative stereotypes which strangely African Americans themselves believe in:
1. Black monday
2. Black cat
3. Black cloud

I have spent a total of nine months in Nigeria since my relocation experiment started and everyday I wake up to see what those ruling us have done and are still doing to Nigeria, I become despondent, desperate and disillusioned. I sometimes want to give up and when I reflect, despite my long-held belief that Nigeria will change for the better, in the face of all the evidence I see and hear and feel and experience everyday, I privately think, “No, Nigeria will not change, at least not in my lifet
