The Manhood Line Rides Again! By Mike Ramey

WANT MEN? BE WILLING TO WORK WITH THEM!

Over the past few years since the pandemic, there has been a noticeable slide in America’s attitude towards men. It wasn’t entirely unexpected. This also happened after the events of 9-11 more than 20 years ago.

      Why?

Simple. First, America has turned its back on the biblical definition and examples of manhood. Second, America has been a feminized country since the 1990s—meaning that women have been put AHEAD of men in entertainment, sports, politics, religion, education, business—and issues of the home. The results have been quite clear. America hasn’t had much time for men—except in times of crisis. So, God—in his infinite wisdom—has decided to ‘withdraw them’ from society, a little bit of time, as a just judgment and punishment for a rebellious society.

Since we are in the last days, God’s feet have been encased in boots of bronze; they move slow and they grind fine. Isaiah, Chapter 3 contains a rather gruesome list of men deliberately ‘withdrawn’ from the social registry because Israel turned her back on God. In the New Testament, Romans, Chapter 1 has a similar ‘laundry list’ of judgments against any society that turns their back upon the order spoken by God through His Word.

Repentance by individuals AND a society is the ONLY way to bring men back to their duty. This means that there needs to be less favoring of women OVER men, and more efforts made to raise up men by godly men to take their positions as leaders, workers, fathers and husbands.

In short? It’s high time that many of the society, social media and church ‘big mouths’ shut their collective traps and get back to the job of training and raising up MEN, instead of complaining about what men ‘ain’t’ doing.

You can’t nag men into manhood.

You can’t shame men into manhood.

You can’t bribe men into manhood.

You can’t hold up women as ‘manly’ examples.

You can’t call untrained ‘children’ men.

You can’t use one-dimensional males as men.

Lastly, you can’t complain men into manhood.

But…upright men CAN teach men into manhood.

I find it highly interesting that many of the complainers about what men ain’t doing in our current society are men who don’t have sons, nor have any security in their own manhood in their own homes. Put it this way. If the men who are—in this current hour—actively complaining about the ‘lack’ of men at various levels of society, it would stand to reason that they need to ask themselves as to why, and whether or not they are a part of the problem.

Also, the men who complain the most ABOUT men have very little in the way of interaction WITH men, other than the men whom they may pass in the streets or the suites. Yes, there are FAR too many institutions that are dominated by women that have ‘shushed’ boys and men into silence—and are shocked by the results! However, when a man surfaces in these same institutions and are assigned a group of young men to instruct, it is amazing how quickly the initial resistance falls to the floor, and some real training takes place.

Let’s be honest. It’s not by accident that women have been ‘pushed’ into the public square in every possible vocation EXCEPT being wives and mothers. This is part of the satanic ‘blueprint’ to attempt to destroy the headship of men as husbands and providers in general, and the home in particular. The good news is that men are making a comeback in society IN SPITE OF the rise of ‘he’ women and ‘she’ men. You don’t ‘see’ them because of a mainly feminized ‘mainstream mess’ and the feminist ‘screech owls’ on social media.

There are plenty of upright men who are on the job helping the next generation of men. They don’t ask for praise, but understanding that there ARE some successful young brothers on their way up—and who will be appearing, ready to get to work—without the ‘permission’ of the social engineers and feminists. THESE young men are gonna be ‘off the hood’ awesome.

I’m truly blessed that—through writings such as this—the message is getting out and the ranks of upright men who are teaching, and upright young men who are receiving, are NOT afraid of making their connections to Jesus Christ public. It is through Jesus and His Word that social problems become stepping stones, as the power of God is fully witnessed.

More ‘success stories’ can be raised to public view IF the complainers would get off their blessed assurances, roll up their sleeves, stop complaining and get to work becoming the solution rather than continuing to flounder in the problem. After all, how are YOUR sons in the present going to be better MEN in the future, Mr. Complainer if you don’t stop sipping on the ‘whine’ of your OWN shortcomings and be willing to lend a hand to young men in need? Or will it take yet another national catastrophe to remind America about her dependence on righteous men to respond to the call of social needs.

As one preacher said years ago: “A nation of women cannot raise up a nation of men.”
