FEMINISM—THE LEGION SPIRIT

      We are going to be here a while, so you might grab a mug of coffee or tea. These spiritual essays take a while to unpack, and even longer to let the Spirit of the Lord speak through them.

      For the men in the house, whether you be young or old, this commentary will go a long way to warn you about the status of many women in American society—and perhaps—in the entire western hemisphere. It is a demonic weed that Christian men will have to spot, confront, and crush at every opportunity. It can be in your home, on your job, in your church, or out in the streets.

      It is called Feminism. Satan’s sinister plan for women to usurp and rule over men, and disregard or ‘twist’ the Word of God to favor their pride and unchecked ambition. Feminism is a dangerous weed that seeks to build women up into Jezebel and tear men down to the level of Ahab. While it is true that Jesus Christ died for all, the Word of God is based upon God’s inspired order for men and women and children in the home, church, and overall society.

      In these last days, many women have been blinded to the fact that there is a Heaven to gain and a Hell to shun. It is also true that a woman can go to Hell if she disregards God—just like a man! Further, for the women in the house, if you spot these characteristics in yourself, you need to repent, turn from and forsake your sin, and surrender your life to Jesus Christ. Mary Magdelene had seven demons cast out of her, and she turned to the Lord for the rest of her days.

      God used her mightily because she served Jesus and took God at His word!

 WHILE WATCHING TV ONE MORNING:

     During the final ‘shakedown’ of putting this column together, I caught yet another simple indicator quite by accident to serve as further proof that Feminism is about making women superior and men inferior. Who says that God can’t prove a point when he wants to!

      A recent TV series about a female doctor had a great ‘teaser summary’ of the series. The female doctor had saved countless lives during her career—but wasn’t that hot as a wife and mother. An accident ‘erased’ some of her past. If I understand the summary, she gets a ‘second chance’ to rebuild her life and to still serve as a medical professional. Also, she spent more than eighty or so hours a week being a great doctor.

      Let this sink in.

      A few decades back, feminists were in the streets screaming about how men ‘needed’ not to spend so much time on the job, and spend more time with their wives and families at home. What goes on in this ‘new’ wave of feminism? Why, it’s perfectly all right for women to chase a career and ‘find’ themselves in the workplace for 80 or so hours a week! The feminist of today has ‘flipped’ the script in the workplace and the home—and have also lost their marriages in the process. But such is life in the feminist mindset, right?

      And Satan laughs.

      This was his original intent for feminism in the first place. Deceive women into pushing God’s established order of the home off to the wayside; kick the husband out as head of the home, make the children fend for themselves as the wife has to ‘find’ herself in the workforce at the cost of her marriage, her children, and her health (as instances of alcoholism, drug abuse, heart attack, etc. Among career women has been skyrocketing for years) has marked her march OUT her biblical role as wife and heart of the home.

 THEN, AN INTERESTING ARTICLE:

     There have been articles written by women who—in their younger days—were raging feminists. Drank the brew with both hands. However, these articles were written AFTER they bought into the feminist lie that they could ‘have it all.’ If you are brave enough, I would invite anyone to watch the video submissions by older women on social media as they cry in their wine about how the ‘misery’ they suffered by getting what they wanted, but not liking what they got.

      Deception is one of Satan’s best tools. A lot of women who sacrificed their futures on the altar of Feminism are crying the blues over what they have ‘missed.’ One Black female education professional wrote a particularly tear-stained drama about her ‘climbing to the top’ of her field…but realized much too late that she was well past the age of having a husband and children.

     She felt that she had been sold ‘a bill of goods’ on feminism.

     Then, on social media other posts were just as sad to watch and listen to. Woman after woman complained that as they grew older and more ‘liberated’ there were few men of their age range available for companionship, and fewer young men that were interested because there were more ‘traditional’ younger women who were quite content to ‘cook, clean and sew’ as a housewife. These ‘bloom off the rose’ social media posts, again, underscore the point that you can get what you want, and not like what you get.

 WHY THE RISE IN AMERICAN FEMINISM?

     In my opinion, the mainstream mess AND social media are partly responsible for the rise of Feminism in America over the last 30 years. Over emphasis of women and girls in leading roles in heroic TV shows and movies, in sports, in entertainment, in the boardroom…everywhere but in the home as a wife and mother, which is God’s original plan. Women have had their brains set on ‘manipulated’ and have drunk from the punchbowl of satanic deception.

      Another reason? This one you can do your own research on, but there have been more girls than boys born—at least according to the mainstream mess. Now, from a biblical point of view, the mother is supposed to raise their daughters in the ways of being a wife, mother, and a godly woman of quality. Thanks to No Fault divorce (brought on by Feminism, thank you) more wives have hit the door running for that alimony and child support check and kicking their husbands out of the home—and crying about the results. They got what they wanted, but didn’t like what they got.

     Another interesting item. We have been fed a lot of ‘hot air’ about women’s sports—even though the women in these sports can’t exist without the financial support of men, as other so-called resolute feminists won’t support these sports. Do your homework on this item: Less than half of the WNBA teams have MEN as Head Coaches in 2025! Further, based on web research, slightly more than 40% of the Head Coaches of women’s teams in Division I sports were women. This means that the solid majority of women’s teams have Head Coaches that are MEN.

      Riddle me this: IF there is so much a demand for women’s sports, why don’t more women’s teams have women as Head Coaches? Why don’t more women get the training and work up the coaching ladder in women’s sports? Could it be something that many men and women have known for a long time? Women do not respect other women in charge. They would rather have a man in charge of their teams—even women’s teams. This NCAA Division I percentage is based on 2022 web information cited in 2024.

      A word for husbands in the house. Your daughter is NOT your son, nor is she meant to be. YES, teacher her survival skills—but not replacement skills to further push men out of her life. She IS a weaker vessel, as designed by God.

     We have too many fathers who spend more of their time ‘raising’ their daughters, and letting their sons learn manhood (hopefully) by osmosis. How’s THAT been working out?

  A FEW MORE OBSERVATIONS:

     During one of the weeks that I was researching public media for some examples of my column, these several items ‘pinged’ on my radar:

      ITEM:  From Capitol Hill, two elected women in the US Congress were so agitated with each other during a hearing that one woman ‘challenged’ the other to ‘step outside’ to settle their differences with fisticuffs.  Now, this particular statement was a staple among men and boys when I was a little guy.  Not anymore.  The ‘Manish’ modern woman of today has little regard for being a lady—especially when power of any type is in her hand, or fist.

      ITEM:  This one comes out of the LA County fire disaster.  Seems that there were a lot of lesbians—proud lesbians—who were in government AND the fire department.  Seems that one high-ranking female firefighter made a negative statement about husbands who were trapped in a home fire, making a remark to the effect that: “Well, maybe he’s in the wrong place”.  Of course, the REAL story was the ‘boldness’ of the lesbians…until it was discovered that sexual orientation was a poor substitute for competency and a shortage of men and equipment at many a fire scene.

      ITEM: The Boys Clubs and The Girls Clubs used to be separate. Now it is The Boys and Girls Clubs. The Girls Scouts have become more radicalized towards feminist ideology. The Boy Scouts have been admitting more girls and in 2025 it was announced that The Boy Scouts were considering dropping the name of ‘Boy’ from the title in order to let in more girls—as their membership numbers continue to sink even further with previous changes that admitted girls.

      ITEM: A published study from the UK that made its way across the pond has found that women are ‘concerned’ over being made ‘invisible’ in society.  It seems that our youth-crazed world has begun to stop listening to older women in the workplace and other areas of society, and have been ‘going younger’ in holding that younger women are more worthy of being ‘paid attention to’ by society in general.

      ITEM:  In 2025, it was announced that there would soon be a revival of the play: Jesus Christ Superstar. It was also announced that a well-known Black female lesbian would play Jesus Christ in this ‘updated’ production.

      ITEM:  From the good news side of the ledger, more women have opted to strengthen their marriages by becoming Traditional Wives, staying home, and submitting to their husbands as they are re-claiming their roles as biblical wives.

 A NEW PRESIDENT AND A NEW MERCY FROM GOD:

    On November 5^th, 2024, Donald J. Trump pulled off the impossible.  He was re-elected President of the United States.  In the spiritual realm, one would have to be blind to not notice the work of God behind the scenes of his candidacy for the last four years.  Assassination attempts thwarted—including one attempt that missed him by millimeters. Lawfare cases against him destroyed.  An anxious mudslinging and campaign of lies from the mainstream ‘mess’. 

      One could go down the list and find the hand of the Lord over the Trump candidacy.

      However…on the other side of the stage, One may see the hand of Satan coming against Trump and America in the attempts of reversing our sagging cultural standards through the guise of Feminism. We have read about the young women who have threatened to shave their heads and withhold sex from men who didn’t vote their way.  We have seen on the small and social media screens hour after hour of not-so-young women threatening to sterilize themselves or leave the country because they didn’t stop Trump. Surprisingly, we have seen both liberal and conservative young women in the corridors of the entertainment, sports, and political industries with potty mouths and loose morals. Further, we’ve seen the happy smiles of some of the ‘celebrity famous’ women—thinking themselves more powerful over public opinion than they actually were—as they threatened to pack their bags to leave the USA.

 THE NEW WAVE OF FEMINISM:

     What goes on here? Why are many young—and not-so-young--women willing to attempt to bully, intimidate and threaten to beat up—or even murder men? That Legion Spirit called Feminism (Mark, Chapter 5 KJV).

      But wait, there’s more! One would have been blind not to have noticed young women not only running organized pornography ventures, but appearing in the ‘mainstream mess’ bragging about how many men they have had sex with (as if being a whore is a badge of honor).  And—lest I forget—there was one or more published reports of—get this—mothers who have ‘bared all’ in cyberspace, only to have some of the photos ‘snagged’ by the male friends of their teenage sons.  One would think that the Moms would be blushing over such actions. Nope. It turns out that these mothers were ‘glad’ they could still look good enough to attract male attention—even younger males the same ages as their sons.

 WHAT MAKES UP THE FEMINISM LEGION?

     We have entered the sixth wave of feminism, and may be on our way to the seventh. Let us keep in mind that feminism first reared its ugly head in the United States during the late 1800s. It has turned out to have a lot deeper spiritual strongholds and traps than previously thought, which have gotten stronger over the years.

      Feminism—unfortunately—is not leaving society anytime soon, unless cast out of the individual in the name of Jesus Christ. It is a combination of a variety of worldly spirits which wars against the flesh, and is spawned from Satan, the devil himself (I John 2:15-17 KJV).

     Feminism is: “That mindset which starts out in the name of empowerment but ending up with frustration and disappointment.”

      What composes feminism? First, The Book of Proverbs has a wide variety of descriptions that apply to worldly women—the biblical umbrella of Feminism. Secondly, there are a variety of sinister items in the Feminism punch bowl, which, if added together, you will see a more complete picture of a Feminist-identifying woman. Of course, I will include a scripture citation from the KJV Bible to further underscore each of these ingredients, or sins:

      Sin:  ANY missing of the mark concerning God’s precepts. John 16:9 KJV

      Rebellion: Working against or refusing to do the right things commanded by God. I Samuel 15:22-24 KJV.

      Witchcraft:  Using satanic spirits, occult teachings, and/or demonic trainings to attempt to control or even kill of those who refuse to do as they wish—even targeting the righteous. II Kings 9:22; II Chronicles 33:6 KJV.

      Worldliness:  More concerned with looking like, acting like, or formulating a worldview consistent with the world system and current social norms OUTSIDE of biblical truth. I John 2:15-17 KJV. Also, The Book of Proverbs.

      Pride:  That instrument of thought which makes a person feel that they are not only above training and correction, but it is impossible for them to do, to be, or to think that they may be wrong in their opinions and actions. Proverbs 6:16-19 KJV.

      Sexual Perversion:  Anything outside of the biblical bonds of marriage. Leviticus 18, 20; Deuteronomy 27, Hebrews 13:4 KJV. Pornography is VERY visible among feminists.

      Tattoos and Body Piercings: Leviticus 19:28, I Corinthians 6:9-11;19-20 KJV

      Abortion:  Deliberate murder of the innocent unborn. Proverbs 6:16-19.

      Envy:  Desire to have the same type of item or advantage another has. Titus 3:3

      Lust:  Unnatural desire to have or possess someone or something. 1 John 2:16

      Entitlement:  Belief that one is worthy to have money, property, or relationship ahead of someone else ‘just because’. 1 John 2:16

      Alcohol & Drugs (legal and/or illegal): Self-explanatory.

      Rejection of God’s standards: Not willing to follow God’s laws. 1 Samuel 8:7, 10:19, 15:23.

      No problem calling good, evil (biblical marriage) and evil good (adultery) Isaiah 5:20.

      NOTE: A host of additional sins are associated with Feminism. They may be found in II Timothy, Chapter 3 and Romans, Chapter 1 KJV. For the sake of space, I would advise the reader to examine those two chapters.

      Each one of these spirits have different strength levels involved with them.  In the spirit realm, the more spirits which come together and are attached to an individual, the more they grow rooted in that individual.  Thus, you can have several spirits gather together to form a snare, several snares grow in strength and mutate into a stronghold, and several strongholds grow into a legion of spirits—the highest concentration of evil spirits possible, which is the result of between an estimated 2,000 to 6,000 evil spirits house in one person, such as ruled the demoniac among the tombs in Mark, Chapter 5. Hint—the door was held open for them!

      I hasten to add that the ONLY one who could free the demoniac was Jesus Christ, himself.

 AN INTERESTING STUDY:

     During Valentine’s Day weekend 2025, a study was released by The Institute for Family Studies, centering upon data from The 2024 American Family Survey. According to the data in the study, liberal women are less happy than conservative women. A shocking 12% of the liberal women surveyed felt satisfied with their lives, while an estimated 37% of conservative women felt satisfied with their lives. Further, in the same study, in the category of loneliness, liberal women felt lonelier in their lives than conservative women. The box score was 29% of liberal women felt lonely, versus only 11% of conservative women.

      I hasten to add that more liberal than conservative women identify with the teachings and belief structure of Feminism. Further, liberal women also tend to identify with the trappings of Feminist Theology in terms of religion, as they see little wrong with women preachers, Pastors, priests, or Bishops. However, there are conservative women who have sipped deeply from the Feminist brew, and use their conservatism and patriotism to ‘mask’ the fact that they support the Feminist ideology—including Abortion on Demand. Upon occasion, the mask ‘slips’ and you see a closet Feminist emerge from the darkness in conservative colors.

      Let us continue. From a historical vantage point, it has been reported that years ago, if one examines the lists of Popes who have served in the Roman Catholic Church, a woman held that office for a period of time.

      I find it interesting that the same liberal women who are shouting down the public at pro-Abortion rallies; who are the driving vocal forces at sodomite-Pride parades, and who are vocal and physical when it comes to sexual involvement in relationships suffer the most from loneliness, dissatisfaction with their lives, and likely more depressed and suffering from closet—or public—issues surrounding alcohol, drugs, and other mental health issues.

 MANY WOMEN OF THE CHURCH HAVE EMBRACED FEMINISM:

     Believe it or not, there have been some women IN the church house who have been deceived and fooled by this foul legion of Feminism—much to the delight of Satan. Some women have been tricked in their own minds to become Pastors, Preachers, and Bishops, ruling over men outside of the Word and will of God (I Timothy 2:9-15 KJV). Other women have brought domestic violence into their homes against their OWN husbands. Then, there are other women who have elbowed their way into positions of power within many a church congregation either by using their feminine wiles, their financial influence, or by being married to a Deacon, Pastor or Preacher and manipulating their husbands into conducting their whims—much like Jezebel manipulated Ahab.

      These manipulated women have become seared in their minds and locked into this foul mindset. A woman under control of the legion of Feminism is repelled by biblical truth, true Men of God in particular, real men in general and are the first in line to throw stones at BOTH of them—or worse—recommend their deaths as a condition of loyalty to Feminism.

      Remember Herod’s wife and John the Baptist.

 WHEN THE SPIRIT OF FEMINISM MAKES THE ‘LEAP’:

     For those who may not be aware of the subject of spiritual warfare, there ARE evil spirits as identified in the scriptures. Evil spirits will reside and rest where they are welcomed by an individual. Deception and delusion are two dangerous spirts that can cause a person to be deceived into believing a lie—even IF that lie has no reasonable way of being true.

      Let me provide a lesson in Spiritual Warfare 101: Evil spirits can reside in buildings, homes, inanimate objects both large and small, music, animals, or people and can make the leap or be ‘transferred’, ‘passed on’ or ‘picked up’ by the unsaved and unsuspecting individual. Some may be passed human to human by various objects, talismans, mere touch or via sexual—or some other contact. In fact, there have been instances where witches, psychics and mediums have ‘cursed’ items and passed them on to unsuspecting people.

      The GOOD News? A Christian cannot become demon possessed, but can demonically oppressed or deceived—especially IF they participate in sin I John 4:1-6 KJV).

      Take the transgender spirit, whereby a man ‘thinks’ he is a woman, and demands to be regarded as such, right down to their sexual orientation, dress, manner of walking, etc. This spirit—in my opinion, based upon a check of ancient pagan religions—is the spirit of Feminism which has taken up residence in a male individual, leading him to believe that he is a woman, and seeks to keep up the deception through the taking of drugs, or engaging in surgical removal of sex organs.  In short, because of demonic infestation of the spirit of Feminism, the man succumbs to doing what the evil spirits tell him to do, rather than living the life God has created.

      That spirit was likely passed on to him by a feminist in many cases.

      I know that these next few lines will get feminists even more upset. Because of the widespread ‘social belief’ that having daughters is better than having sons, we have seen an onslaught of commercials whereby the father/son and mother/daughter bonds—as established in scripture—have been blurred. Over the past few years, you have seen more of an emphasis on father teaching their daughters how to be mechanics, painters, etc. and neglecting time with their sons in many commercials. Further, mothers may be spending time with daughters—but they are NOT teaching them how to take care of a home, but rather ‘find’ themselves by pushing them away from being wives and mothers to being workforce-oriented.

 THE CAUSE OF FROZEN TOMBOYS? FEMINISM AND MORE:

     Back in my day, there were girls who were known as ‘tomboys’: girls who did not believe in wearing dresses, were more comfortable in jeans and a sweatshirt or lumberjack shirt.  These girls liked to do what boys liked to do, including playing sports and hanging out with boys—not to date them, but to compete against them.

      During my teaching days, I used to tell some of my male students—when the school ‘tomboy’ happened to be in my classes: “If she can out cuss you, out fight you, and out drink you, she is NOT for you…but for herself.”  They got the idea, and stayed away from such girls.

      Eventually, these girls would grow out of the ‘tomboy phase’ around middle or high school, as it felt ‘creepy’. Something ‘switched on’ in their DNA to remind them that they were young women and not young men. They started dressing and acting more ‘feminine’, realizing that it was alright to become a young woman, complete with the all of the good and bad that went with it…the good that came with it meant that they realized that girls who competed with boys spent their Saturday nights alone. Those women who desired to remain ‘tomboys’ even into their adult years have been shaped by feminism. Yes, some of them ‘get the message’ that they are the female of the species. However, there are some who have been deceived into staying in their ‘tomboy’ state and—in some cases—make the leap into lesbian relationships as the ‘male’ of the ‘couple’, using alcohol and drugs to numb themselves into thinking they are right, and God and his Word are wrong. Many of these women are liberal. Some are even proud of their ‘status’.

 MORE ON THE GREATEST ALLY OF FEMINISM—THE MEDIA WEB:

     Whether it is the big screen or the small screen—right down to the cartoons children view on the weekends—the ‘strong female lead’ has become enshrined on both sides of the spectrum, whether it be among liberal women or conservative women.

      It never really stopped. In this current wave of feminism, it almost seems strange to have a regular, God-fearing man as a heroic character. Further, it seems almost foreign to have a boy as a heroic character lead, as several cartoons have boys ‘holding the coats’ of the female lead.

      Feminists like to bully—especially men. There have been instances of women who have attempted to ‘challenge’ men physically, only to find out that they made a HUGE mistake and got their butts whipped. Does this serve to dissuade women from attempting to bully men? Hardly. The feminist THEN will try to ‘claim victimhood’ as men have defended themselves.

      Over the past decade, we have seen movie heroes ‘reimagined’ as mostly female. Many are white females, and a few are women of color. Further, some of these reimagined ‘strong’ female leads are portrayed as lesbian versions of the strong, reimagined female lead. However it is spun, much of the movie going public have not bought into this lie. Many of these movies failed miserably and died horrible financial deaths.

 A CLOSER LOOK AT ‘THE WOMAN AT THE WELL’:

     Feminism is not new. One may find the handiwork of rebellious women throughout the KJV Bible, both Old Testament and New Testament. In the Old Testament, we are well familiar with Delilah, Jezebel, Athaliah (Jesebel’s daughter) and the Witch of Endor. In the New Testament we have Herod’s Wife, Salome (taught by her mother in the art of seducing men), Mary Magdalene (a woman whom Jesus cast out seven devils), and the Woman at the Well.

      The Woman at the Well exchange happens in John 4:4-44. I’ll cliff it for the high points.

      Jesus determined to go through Samaria in order to get to Galilee (verse 4). He determined to rest at the well and the woman comes to the well to draw water for her household. Jesus asks her for a drink, to which the woman gave him a dose of racism (verse 9).

      From a historical standpoint, the Jews did not respect nor have dealings with the Samaritans as they had been in their land for hundreds of years—the ‘mongrel’ outcasts of those remaining Jews who were ‘mixed’ with other bloodlines, courtesy of the various conquering armies that made their way through the Holy Land. Jesus reached out to Samaritans just like anyone else.

      Jesus ignores this woman’s racist taunts, and repeats his original request—with an additional word about ‘living water’(verse 10). Of course, the woman moves on to trying to intimidate the Lord with her ‘religious knowledge’ of the well. Jesus brought up the ‘living water’ matter again (verses 13-14). The woman still doesn’t make the spiritual connection, being more concerned about saving labor and saving face. Women who weren’t ‘under a cloud’ in the community usually got their water from a well early in the day with the other women in a village. Obviously, THIS woman, because of her unfavorable background among her own people, came later in the day to avoid confrontation with her enemies (verse 15).

      Then Jesus got to the ‘nitty gritty’ by delving into the woman’s personal life, by the Spirit, to which the woman gets nervous about having her background discussed and ‘pulls’ the ‘religion’ card (verse 19-20). Jesus, not backing down, provides his own historical perspective, reminding the woman that salvation is of the Jews (verse 21-26) and identifies himself as the Messiah—the Christ. The remaining verses showed that—eventually—the rest of her village came to meet Jesus and accepted His word, not based on what she had to say, but they heard Him for themselves and sought more of Him (verses 27-44).

      Note the feminist tendencies of this woman. First, she tried to maintain ‘religion’ on her terms while remaining in her sins. Second, she had multiple marriages, was sacking with a man who was NOT her husband, attempted to insult the Lord, impress the Lord, and argue with the Lord. In the end, it was ONLY by repentance and the realization that she couldn’t get away from ‘living water’, the light of the Word and the gospel as put forth by Jesus. In the end, this woman received salvation and was started on a new path in life—in front of her hometown who knew of her lifestyle and sins—as she repented and turned from her sins and unto Jesus the Messiah. In the end, this story illustrates the deep roots of Feminism and the only one who can free such women from this legion of evil is Jesus Christ.

      One must repent of, forsake their sins, and get their soul right with Jesus Christ to get that ‘living water’ which figures so prominently in this story. Otherwise, your intellect, your attitude, your ‘religious discourses’, your historical knowledge, your mean mouth and your being strong and defiant in your sexual promiscuity will lead you down the road to Hell…where Satan will be waiting.

      Feminism is a many-headed monster, and a field of demons that will drag a woman to Hell, if she lets it. The only way out of the legion called Feminism and back on the road to biblical womanhood is through shunning this worldly trap and being the woman whom God called you to be.

      And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.  Romans 12:2 KJV.
