Well folks, it looks like a 300% refund and tickets to next year’s Super Bowl-with paid accommodations-is not going to be enough to appease the some 400 individuals who were turned away in Dallas at the big game. The first lawsuits were filed in federal court on Wednesday. It appears the culprit is lack of preparation.
