The Malcolm X Tour 2008 When: Monday May 19, 2008 (Malcolm X Birthday) Where: New York What: The Tour includes a solemn ceremony at the burial site of Malcolm X and his wife Dr. Betty Shabazz A guided tour of the National African Burial Ground Memorial A delicious New York styled Soul Food Dinner at Miss Maude's Spoonbread Too restaurant A visit to the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture How: The bus will leave from Edmondson-Westside Skills Center 501 N. Athol Ave. Baltimore, at 6 a.m. and return there at 10:30 p.m. The Soul School Institute is not responsible for lateness on either end. Parking is secure.
