On May 1, Trump signed yet another Executive Order targeting Cuba. This imposes the harshest set of sanctions on Cuba yet - directly attacking remaining economic lifelines. The new sanctions will significantly disrupt Cuba’s ability to trade goods and fuel with any country, compounding the effects of the existing blockade. Trump has also openly, boldly threatened military invasion of the island. We reject escalations of the U.S. blockade and demand a stop to the military threats on Cuba!
