Attendees can look forward to a variety of healthy living interactive experiences with emphasis upon the wholistic disciplines of iridology, massage, reflexology, and blood-type testing, including an all vegan food court, book signings, chef demonstrations and tastings. Furthermore, the Meat Out will feature Supa Nova Slom,  a wholistic health advocate, hip-hop musician and proponent of the vegan life style.  His song “Purify or Die” has emerged as the unofficial anthem of the wellness lifestyle. And expect him to discuss his recently published book The Remedy:The Five-Week Power Plan to Detox Your System, Combat Fat, and Rebuild Your Mind and Body.  He co-produced Wholistic Health for the Hip Hop Generation Documentary with his mother Queen Afua  a celebrated author herself.
