SO, WHY DO DEMOCRATS HAVE A LOVE AFFAIR WITH SOCIALISM?

      I believe in calling something by its proper name, and pointing out some obvious trends where they are applicable.  Take anything that has to do with the British Royals.  Notice how many women “ooh” and “aah” at royal weddings?  Especially American women.  The reason why should be obvious: Admiration for the (perceived) power and prestige of being a royal!

      This also holds true when it comes to socialist, communist, or totalitarian countries.  American Democrats (yes, they are NOT “progressives” but “liberal Democrats”) look lustfully (and longingly) at Communist China, Russia, and Iran with misty eyes. Why? Because they envision themselves as being at the top of the leadership food chain.  They secretly believe that they are “large and in charge” and the “rules” (like the Constitution and the Bill of Rights) do not apply.  Further, many modern Democrats (as the late Rush Limbaugh observed years ago) are doing their level best to hold onto political power by taking away (or diluting) the sway of their fellow citizens at the Ballot Box—including Black, Christian citizens.

      So, the FIRST reason why the “liberal Democrat” of today embraces socialism, communism, or totalitarianism?  They want to ‘rule’ with absolute authority without dissent.  The rules do NOT apply to them, their families, their friends and especially their supporters.  They are the ‘upper crust’ that they ‘rail’ against…and the rest of us are the ‘serfs’ who are supposed to vote for them, NOT check their spending, and NOT comment on their sins and scandals.

      Yes, even Black liberal Democrats follow their white liberal Democrat ‘massas’ to keep their power flowing.  The Black liberal Democrat of today may know the way off the Democrat plantation…but because they ‘project’ that the times are sooooo good, they would rather stay in Egypt while many Black folk are heading to the promised land of lower taxes, better government and fewer criminals and illegal aliens with different elected officials of the conservative and Republican ilk.

      As one of our fore parents who was involved with the Underground Railroad stated during that era: “I would have been able to free more slaves, IF they realized that they WERE slaves!”

      Today’s modern liberal Democrat—Black or White—do NOT see themselves as slaves.

      The SECOND reason why liberal Democrats eagerly embrace socialism, communism, or totalitarianism?  Those governmental styles HATE God, Jesus Christ, the KJV Bible and the Church—especially the Black Church, while ‘celebrating’ a form of godliness while denying the power thereof (II Timothy 3:5 KJV).  Liberal Democrats give lip service to God’s church but continue to ‘fleece’ God’s people.  For example: Those who ‘claim’ to be in the socialist/communist camp shout from the housetops about the fact that most wars in this world are started over religion.  According to Pastor Adrian Rogers, over the last 6,000 years 3 million were killed in religious wars.  However, JUST in the 20^th Century, Hitler (anti-God socialist) and Stalin (anti-God communist) killed some 57 million. Chinese Chairman Mao (anti-God communist) killed 45 million of his own people. Pol Pot (anti-God totalitarian) killed 2 million. Bottom line: to be a member of the socialist, communist, and totalitarian club means that life is cheap, and God is not welcome.

      The THIRD reason?  Liberal Democrats love socialism, communism, and totalitarianism because they view that YOUR money, property, and families BELONG to them.  While this is slavery pure and simple, Black liberal Democrats especially have NEVER met a tax they didn’t like, nor a chance to dip into the pockets of the taxpaying public to grab for more—under the ‘guise’ of helping our people.  They are the ‘Nanny State’ complete with handcuffs and ‘trip gear’ for the Black voting public.

      Until our people stop being pawns of local or national Democrat elected officials and start seeking out qualified, honest, moral, and upright candidates for public office—and give their votes to these individuals—nothing will change.  In short, if people tolerate poverty, crime, and public corruption, why should Liberal Democrats give up power? They have a good thing going.

      Just like the socialists, communists, and totalitarians whom they ‘swoon’ over.

      These are just a few of the ‘favorite things’ of liberal Democrats—Black and White.

      One wise older sister passed along the perfect closer for my column, based on what her mother told her years ago: “All roads have an end.”  At the end of the socialist, communist, and totalitarian road is a grave, usually for those who support our modern oppressors.
