THE NEW LIES: DON’T WORK HARD AND DON’T SEEK ADVANCEMENT?

      The quickest way to ‘make room’ for the hundreds of illegal aliens to enter our country and join the American workforce?  Create more and better ‘lies’ to get current American workers to become ex-American workers; content to stay home, pick up a government check, and spend their time ordering takeout and playing video games.  At least, that’s the way it ‘seems’ when one takes the time to check the latest business trends.  Yes sir, the same people who brought you ‘quiet quitting’ and ‘work/life balance’ have come up with two ‘new’ lies:  Don’t work hard on your job, and, don’t have the gumption to seek to climb the corporate ladder to better yourself in a better job with more money, more responsibility, and more recognition.

      One cannot have ‘empowerment’ without ‘employment’.  In other words, IF you refuse to work hard; to strive to improve yourself and reach bravely forward for the next rung in the development process that God has for you to climb, your ‘work life’ will be woefully short.

      I do not have a problem bringing God into the employment picture.  Adam—the first man—had a job in the garden.  Eve had a job as well—taking care of Adam and the family.  Whether one is working outside or inside of the home, a solid day’s work is part of the menu.  Further, Jesus Christ himself learned the trade of a carpenter; a skill which served him well for his earthly ministry.  Further, let me clip off the roots of laziness in these two new lies, right from the Scriptures.  In response to the first lie, Proverbs 18:9: “He also that is slothful in his work is brother to him that is a great waster (KJV).”  In response to the second lie, Proverbs 18:16: “A man’s gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men (KJV).”  In summary, IF one does not work hard, they are STEALING from their employer—and a thief on the job does NOT last long; and IF one does not do their job well, they cannot be brought before higher ups to be promoted to the next higher level of the profession or job.

      Seems simple enough for me to understand…how about you?

      Yes, the forces of Democrat liberalism and socialism wants America to go down the tubes, thinking that they will ‘reap the benefits’ of being ‘in charge’ of their own ‘fiefdom’.  Unfortunately, serfs are not motivated by money nor advancement—only survival.  I believe in careers being forged by skills developed and advancement won.

      Recently, I stopped by one of the Chick-fil-A restaurants in my area.  The young people working outside with the car orders were hard-working, friendly, and doing well in getting orders into the kitchen. The race of the staff did not matter.  The take-out window staff were also a part of the team, and were hard-working, courteous, and cared for the service of the customer.  Why?  Because they took pride in their employer and themselves. “Quiet quitters” were NOT welcome to this employer. 

      The business lesson from my experience was obvious: Fast-food restaurants are ONLY as good as the staffs that man them, and the managers who oversee them. And there are numerous examples of fast-food employees working their way UP to eventually becoming an OWNER!

      In any employment situation, the same truths matter.  Hard work is expected, and advancement is won thought employees who get noticed for their work.  Success is not bound by color, but by sweat equity on the job!  Also, should you be mistreated or underpaid in your current job?  Grab your jacket and hunt for a new workplace that appreciates what you have to offer!

      Believe the lies if you want to. Success will pass you by IF you are not willing to work!  If you happen to be Black, these lies have been told about us for several years and have been proven FALSE.  I find it highly amusing that white liberals are taking these lies and using it against their OWN kind. 

      Refuse to participate in underachievement.  Stand up and be a standout!
