Host Milton Allimadi is joined by Black Star News Managing Editor Colin Benjamin in conversation about: the primary election victories by Cori Bush in MO in her race for Congress and Marquita Bradshaw in her run to become the U.S. Senator from Tennessee; whether Donald Trump will accept the election outcome if he loses; Governor Cuomo and the Christopher Columbus statue debacle; NYC Mayor De Blasio’s struggles with his Police Commissioner Dermot Shea; Presidential Candidate Joe Biden and his determined campaign to undermine his own campaign and; how Mayor de Blasio can change his legacy by ensuring that African American-, and Latino-owned businesses get a more equitable share of the $15 billion that New York City spends with private vendors annually—currently the City spends only about 1% of those funds with Black and Latino businesses.
