Free Access to Empowering Women’s Health Resources  Available on October 25^th, 2014 At The Women's Health & Fitness Expo !

The 2014 Women’s Health & Fitness Expo, which will deliver qualified health experts and fitness vendors to a diverse demographic of women, will take place on Saturday, October 25^th at The Stafford Center in Houston.

The Women’s Health & Fitness Expo (WHFE) will take place on Saturday, October 25th at The Stafford Center on Cash Road in Houston, Texas. The event offers women attendees free resources to traditional and holistic health and fitness resources, as well as valuable nutrition demonstrations. “There are two things my company wants to accomplish on October 25^th. First, education. Preventative medicine and health education are one in the same.
