Manson as she debuts her newest stage production, “When You Cry, I Cry”. Showtime: 7:00 P.M. at the Harold Washington Cultural Center, 4701 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, Chicago, IL - Advanced Tickets: $25.00 (www.ComingToTheStageLive.com).

Come on out and laugh, cry and sing with Gary “Lil G” Jenkins from the R&B Group, SILK, Edgar “Gemini” Porter from the R&B Group, Men at Large, and Comedian Brian “Da Wildcat” Smith. This stage play is dedicated to the sexy R&B love songs of the late 80’s and 90’s (i.e., Silk, Freddie Jackson, Tony Terry, Keith Washington, Dru Hill, R Kelly, Miki Howard, Anita Baker, After 7 and more) and will have you swaying in your seats.

In “When You Cry, I Cry”, handsome businessman, Bobby Jenkins, and his beautiful wife, Joyce, once had a marriage full of fire, high energy and tons of loving. However, after suffering a miscarriage, she finds it very difficult to cope with the loss of her child and covers her grief by injecting herself with heroin instead of turning to her loving husband who desperately wants to save their marriage.

Bobby, although still in love with his wife, is now feeling left out of the marriage. His wife ignores him, pushes him away and just doesn’t seem to care anymore, despite Bobby’s numerous attempts at rekindling the flames in their marriage. Bobby is now fed up and finds himself frequently hanging out at the local bar, where he meets Shantell, a beautiful young woman who appear to be in need of the same things of which he longs for - love and attention.

Bobby now has to decide if his craving for such love and attention is worth abandoning his family or if he should stay and fight for the love of his life.

"When You Cry, I Cry" is a tale of love, lies and revenge, mixed in with bunch of Old School Jams!
