An all day event where women of all ages will learn tools to help them deal with issues common to women, meditate, refresh, restore, and fellowship with other women.  The event culminates with the Het-Heru Healing Dance which will be led by Nesui-t Maasht Amm Amen, one of the Queen Mothers of Ausar Auset International who created the dance which revolutionizes exercise and fitness for women!
