FBI: civil rights lawsuit against FBI and NYPD arising out of the counterintelligence program (COINTELPRO), member NLG NYC Exec. [Cmte.], with confirmed speakers: Dhoruba Bin Wahad: former leader of Black Panther Party in New York; freed after serving 19 years in prison after conviction reversed due to COINTELPRO - related disclosures; plaintiff in Bin Wahad v. FBI Martin R. Stolar: Co-Counsel, Handshu V. Special Services Division, member NLG NYC Exec. Ctme Beth Baltimore: former member Bklyn Law Chapter, member NLG NYC Exec.
