Bode Omojola
Bode Omojola is Five College Professor of Music and Chair, Department of Music, Mount Holyoke College. As a Five College Professor, he teaches at all the institutions of the Five College Consortium (Amherst, Hampshire, Smith colleges, and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst). A composer and ethnomusicologist, Omojola received his Ph.D. from the University of Leicester, England. His research centers on Yorùbá and African diaspora music, including modern African art music.
