Knowing that artists are always the last to be helped and knowing that folk artists are on the bottom of that pile, we would like to host this forum to create a safe space where friends of immigrants as well as immigrants can meet and discuss immigration.
    We understand that it is easy to make judgments when the people affected are not in your circle but more and more everyday from stories of neighborhood staples being dragged from sleeping beds to professors not being allowed through the border, Immigration has become everyone's problem. No one has stories of what artists go through or any accounts of how they have been affected by the new immigration laws.
