The Joint Civic Affairs Committee Function

will Commence with a Flag Raising Ceremony

at 9:00am with Their Civic Program

ending at about 10:45 am.

The Spanish Town House of Nyahbinghi will

then Spearhead a PUBLIC GROUNDATION Beginning

at 11:00 am until the Evening Settings!
