The Caribbean Impact Foundation and PanAfrican Beat LLC will commemorate the birth of the Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey in Houston, Texas on Friday with a concert featuring conscious international soca, reggae, reggaeton and hip hop artists at Club Amada, and on Saturday with a lunch featuring Dr. Julius Garvey as the keynote speaker at the Shrine of the Black Madonna.
