   On Monday, April 1^st, there will be an Oral Argument on the City of Newark’s appeal of State Judge Donald Kessler’s recent ruling against the new Civilian Complaint Review Board’s subpoena and investigative authority and against its community given character.

          The Oral Argument, before a panel of Appellate Court judges, will take place at the Brennan Courthouse, 583 Newark Av., Jersey City at 9:30am. It will take place on the 4^th Floor Part E.
