As We Build Our Black Nation, there are preparatory steps that must be taken. The REAL Learning Institute, the Free The Land Institute and the MedgarEversville District Council (RBG Coalition) are engaging Ujima to present Re-Defining Black Manhood, a series of symposiums to reshape the image of and thinking of our males.
Our mission is to prepare our males, 8-80, for their role in our protractive struggle for respect as human being and for their enlistment in the struggle. Realizing the sinister and convert assault against Black Men (and Women) who identify as Extremely Proud to be Black, the RBG Coalition is taking a Proactive Posture to counter the preemptive assault on Blackmen. The RBG Coalition is implementing RBG-APP (Aggressive, Progressive & Proactive) Actions to prepare young Black males defend themselves emotionally, mentally, physically, culturally, and financially.
The Re-Defining Black Manhood Symposiums are designed for inter-generational engagement among New Afrikan Males (8-80) for shared perspectives and continuity of healing and repair of the damage done through Our Hellacaust (Maafa). New Afrikan Males are highly encouraged to attend and bring male children with them.
The Re-Defining Black Manhood Symposiums are scheduled for the third Sunday of each month. Once implemented and assessed, a Blueprint will be developed for consultancy on bringing the symposiums to other New Afrikan communities.
