MAAT Center presents 4th annual Heal the Healer retreat.
The theme for this year’s retreat “Mindfulness and Silence: Tools for Balancing Health and Wellness.”
September 19-21, 2014, it will be held at Cross Roads Outdoor Ministries in Sussex County NJ (about 45 minutes from Newark).
The address is 29 Pleasant Grove Road, Port Murray, NJ 07865. Check-in begins at 5:00 PM on Friday. The program begins Friday at 6:00 PM. The program will end Sunday at 1:00 PM.

Workshop facilitators:
Dr. Maisha Amen, public health educator, and integrative health practitioner who has a passion for balancing spirituality, healing, and health. Maisha’s mission is to transform herself and to “hold the space for others” to engage in the transformative process, individually and collectively.
Dr. Fatima Hafiz is an educator, teacher in the International Sufi Healing Order, who has involvement in meditation, yogic, mindfulness, and eastern martial arts. At the heart of the organization’s work is unleashing the human spirit to change the human condition.
