In the continuing struggle for economic justice... You're invited to the Brooklyn launch Party of the Campaign for Fair Share Tax Reform! Location: Soda Bar Date: Thurs Jan 15th Time: 7 - 10 pm Train Directions: B/Q train to 7th Ave 2/3 to Bergen or Grand Army Plaza Come prepared to Party! & SHARE: Real shared sacrifice means asking the wealthiest New Yorkers -- those who make over $250,000 a year -- to pitch in and pay their fair share to help with our State's budget burden. By reforming our State's tax structure and asking them to pay just a little bit more, Fair Share Tax Reform would raise billions in new revenue, preventing the severest cuts that disproportionately harm working and middle-class families. The Fair Share Tax Reform is a broad-based coalition composed of The Healthcare Education Project (1199 SEIU/Greater New York Hospitals Association), Working Families Party, United Federation of Teachers and ACORN. Please RSVP attendance by contacting: Raybblin 917.593.0052 or email raybblin.vargas@hepny.org. In peace, justice, and solidarity!
