On Saturday, October 18 @ 4:00 P.M. at our Phila. museum located, 3650 Richmond St. (off I95N & Allegheny Ave.) we will be hosting an intimate and informative talk by S. E. Anderson, author of The Black Holocaust For Beginners blackeducator.org. His thought provoking book offers a real view of the African Slave Trade experience. He will provide a critical analysis and information that will help advance all forward-thinking people. The timing could not be more appropriate given the changing political climate we're presently experience. In addition, to his talk you will have an opportunity to tour our museum and see our compelling collection of slavery artifacts, slave documents, Jim crow memorabilia and other related items. You will also have a chance to see our "Room Of Sorrow" which contains numerous photos of lynchings of Blacks in the past and hundreds of obituaries of young Black men killed as a result of "Black On Black" crime today. The comparisons are gripping! The cost for this exciting event is $10.00 per person. Please plan to attend, we look forward to seeing you. J.
