LOVE A PARADE? Hood research presents its business showcase of 2008. Parade is schedule for Saturday June 7. Parade will begin at 11:00 a.m. Parade route begins on Woodward Ave. at Grand Circus Park. It will proceed south to Jefferson Ave.,west on Jefferson Ave. to COBO Hall. Participants will culminate in the Joe Louis museum for an awards reception. The Grand Marshal this year is Bert Dearing, owner of Bert's Market Place, (the famous Jazz venue).
