On Sunday July 30th at 3:00 PM, BEPAA, The Board for the Education of People of African Ancestry will host its 19th Annual Tribute to Professor John Henrik Clarke beloved Ancestor and Esteemed African Historian and Lecturer. This year's theme is "The Vision of Dr. John Henrik Clarke." Professor Clarke who lost most of his eyesight in his later years saw more in a moment than most people see in a life time. The Keynote Speaker for this event will be Dr. Ron Daniels. Other principal speakers will be Dr. Adelaide Sanford and UNIA/ACL President General Michael Duncan, Sister Pam Africa, Brother Razakhan Shaheed, Sister Dequi Kioni-Sadiki, Brother Sekou Odinga, Councilwoman Inez Barron, Assemblyman Charles Barron. Many other community leaders and dignitaries, including BEPAA Chairperson, Reverend Dr. Shelia Evans Tranumn will give brief remarks on the vision of Dr. Clarke. The program will take place at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church at 212 Tompkins Avenue Brooklyn NY 11216. Admission is Free
