Guest Speaker Dr. Oba T’Shaka Dr. Oba T’Shaka has been chair of the Black Studies Department at San Francisco State University since 1984. He is an activist, author, scholar, leader, organizer, and renowned public speaker. He has authored five books: "The Art of Leadership I and II, Return to the African Mother Principle of Male and Female Equality, The Political Legacy of Malcolm X, and The Integration Trap: The Generational Gap.
