For over 50yrs, Africans continue to blindly follow instructions from the West, which cause them to remain under-develop for decades to come

The approach to the road of development has long been a topic of discussion in the international arena and in particularly in Africa, which is regarded as least developed continent on earth, however, It seems that African intellectuals whether academicians, political leaders , non-political actors, philosophers are concentrating on the best approach and the suitable map on how best Africa could be transformed as those states of eastern Asia went through, almost any academic or government institutions, such debates are on the table in this 21th century , but I believe the procedure to such dreams has been diverted and upcoming African generations are on the wrong direction if the educational policies set by African academic institutions and other concerned institutions continue insisting such an old fashioned and less productive educational systems.

With specific regard to east Africa, a lot has been done about education sector and to some extent of national goals as well as MDGs where by net primary education in these countries continue to do well, net primary education has gone up in all countries and the region as whole, this indicator will be attained as predicted before the deadline of UN MDGs.
