In this PAA, Baba Mugabe while representing the African Union at the G-20 meeting confirms the need for not only a second liberation for Africa, but now an African revolution. Why would he state this at the G-20 among the hardened imperialists who would like to take his head? Well, Africa is under ever dire neo-colonial stranglehold since the attack on Africa by EUSA-Saudia in 2011 and as such Africa is been terrorized by Obama and his masters. His statement also came during the terrible attack on Paris, resulting in France’s President to declare war on ISIL. The attack on France quickly became an added justification by NATO (EUSA) for a total war on their enemies mainly located in the Middle East and Africa. Similar justifications were used on the wars on Afghanistan and Iraq after the EUSA-Saudi sponsored Al Qaeda attacked the U.S. France is also pushing a resolution at the U.N. to formalize the EUSA to attack the Middle East and Africa. Family, let’s be clear, this declaration of war by France means NATO-EUSA greater escalation of the war on Africa because their mercenaries called ISIL are in Africa. ISIL is mainly in Libya and other parts of Africa including Egypt, Algeria, Mali, the Congo and other affiliates are across Africa, even in South Africa.

Additionally, the EUSA war today is a 21^st century crusade-Jihadi war Bush had accidently exposed to us. Indeed, it is pushed by the capitalist oligarch of Europe and Saudi based upon past models for the total domination of the world. But unlike the past, the Christian based Crusade armies and Islamic Jihadi armies are given much more powerful weapons of war to commit atrocities not only against each other, but much more against innocent people across the world. One article already stated it already boosting U.S. arms across the world. Family, it is a total war to control resources in the world directed by “white supremacy” to exterminate innocent people using weapons of mass deception and destruction. The ignorant hordes are been recruited as warriors of death and destruction and others are hi-tech soldiers of fortunes. Though disguised now as war against “terror” it was launched by Neo-cons of the Reagan era as a total war against socialism in the 1980’s by Christian and Muslim extremists.

Naturally, our beloved continent would be the prime target because it is the prime real estate (resources) and slave depot. Africa is most critical for their ultimate global conquest against the rising threats of Russia, China, Iran… United States of Africa. A key part of their arsenal is their training of slaves like Obama as effective imperialist weapons against other oppressed people in the world. After centuries of training for the ultimate service to their white masters, these now powerful whites with their slave surplus capital are also doubling down using their slaves as modern conquerors. The new Black front for whites is so effective that many African leaders and other peoples were easily duped by this Obama. Thus, Africa was betrayed, even before the first shot against Africa was fired in Libya. Now that these have betrayed our people again, as Peter Tosh warned “where you’re gonna run”?

Family, let's run to accomplish the main goal of our mission, that has been betrayed again, which is to establish our Union Government to protect and promote African lives, as a matter of preserving the Black race. By the way, be aware of some claiming to be serving the AU, WADU or other organizations. These can easily be betrayers in collusion with our enemies to suppress any information or action in the Movement that may awaken our people of our current situation. Our current crisis calls for us to ensure that all are vetted. 

Let me also remind all that there was an attempted coup in WADU using means of deception, intimidation, and even extortion. This was done as an attempt to control WADU and to corrupt and compromise it in exchange to acquire Diaspora seats at the AU. For almost a decade, I have personally stood firmly on principles against a number of surreptitious deals between Dr. Jeffries(using WADU) and a David Horne with background to  Ras Nathanial, Fred Oladeinde (to the Heritage Foundation Neocons) and other suspicious persons to secure seats at the AU without transparency, accountability and scrutiny within our community, and especially among the Pan Africanists. I am careful and have done great to at least not to have my name mentioned in history as a pawn of imperialism and re-colonization, and similarly not drag the names of those who entrusted me with this work such Brath, Atta, Branch, and others, and even Baba Dudley who proclaimed that I was an overzealous “watchman for the Pan African Movement”. Brath was also filled with zeal as he called for our Africa’s second liberation at the turn of the century, for me to expose those who were impersonating Pan Africanists to get seats in the AU and that Africa was suffering from Africa Imperialist Dependency Syndrome (AIDS) and so was been re-colonized. He was right and so I am right to do right for Africans in the midst of cowards, treacheries and excessive slave syndrome.

Recently, I also stood firmly against a Ms. Joe in DC (AU Adviser and has worked for years behind the scenes in Beltway on Africa) on this issue when she attempted to weaken, further divide andhijack WADU for good reasons. Over the years, WADU has asked bold questions of the AU and some like myself have criticized it for being too weak to counter imperialism and been railroaded. Her and others main interests are for WADU to authenticate their work in DC and across the diaspora and also to make it a comprador organ of their suspicious activities with the EUSA against Africa. Unfortunately, they have a track record in DC with the Bush Africom agenda, and have coalesced under the Obama-Hillary re-colonization AU-diaspora agenda with White House, the World Bank, the U.S. State Department, USAID… The results are clear with the destruction of Africa.

Garvey did warn us to be careful of the scoundrels, compradors and criminals of Africa and the diaspora colluding to promote the re-colonization of Africa under the direction of their masters. Thus, we are being attacked from within by those with the lowest moral and of ethical standards –slaves on GMO. Let the AU give these frauds seats quickly so we may not suffer from parasites fronting as Pan Africanists in our community. Family, there is much work to be done and the true Pan Africanists must remain vigilant and push for new leadership to secure a Union Government based upon the Garvey-Nkrumah vision for our people. We must “pick ourselves up” (Peter Tosh again) from the current ravages of the Africa and the AU and build anew. Our youth in South Africa and the USA can lead the way but Kwame Ture said “this is struggle is not an overnight stand”. Family, if we continue to fail as we are doing, the evil slave ordeal will continue to haunt, pervade and consume Black people, everywhere. Africans, we did not listen to Brath nor Khaddafi, nor Nkrumah nor Garvey, now the recolonization war on Africa has only just began with France in lead with USA.
