The Brazilians are finally withdrawing from Haiti. These liberated zones should be filled by Free Haitians to stop the US occupation behind UN guns and the NGO charitable industrial complex
It's time for Haiti to simply take over the spaces where Brazil and others are withdrawing. Liberate areas in Haiti from the odious charitable industrial complex feeding off Haiti pains. #FreeHaiti.A pertinent question no Haitian has asked aloud, is who is qualified to bring the UN into Haiti? And if the Status of Force Agreement (SOFA ) is not legal, why is the UN in Haiti or allowed immunity?
Even more timely is the question about the legal issue as to who in Haiti is qualified to approve the UN military commanders switch after the withdrawal of the embattled Brazilians from the Haiti MINUSTAH mission?
Haiti's current leaders are paid puppets of the occupational forces. They mostly take public office to service foreigners not Haitians. Like Sylvain Cote's Canada, it seems that any country in MINUSTAH can just announce, in the media, it will take military command of Haiti and the Haitian people have no say?
I frankly cannot understand how it is possible that, WITHOUT a duly elected government, the UN can unilaterally enter Haiti in 2004 and now in 2016 CHANGE its MINUSTAH commanders but no Haitian "leader" asks: Why is the US-UN covering up the Brazilian withdrawal from Haiti? Where does Canada get the LEGAL right to announce, in the media, it will take over the UN mission in Haiti from Brazil? To do what for Haiti? Is it legal to have 2000 new Canadian troops in Haiti in the middle of their yearly renewed term without the input of the Haitian people through elected officials? Isn't this clear evidence the UN needs no Haiti permission to do whatever it wishes in Haiti, that the SOFA agreement is just a US pretext to give the UN the cover of legality in Haiti?
Free Haiti takes this opportunity, to say again, that the SOFA agreement is null and VOID. Moreover, troops still in Haiti or coming to Haiti that hurt Haitians outside of their fake security mandate will not get immunity - and no new troops are allowed into Haiti without UN payment to fix Haiti's poisoned water system, to provide reparations to the cholera victims and to GUARANTEE that all foreign troops and UN personnel coming to Haiti, for whatever reasons, must be free of contagious diseases, duly vaccinated and not carrying a disease before they get to Haiti; all troops.
The Haitian "leader" who puts this forward will be FOREVER remembered and celebrated by the people of Haiti. We've done what we can at Èzili's HLLN/Free Haiti. But as those paying attention can see, the Bill Clinton/Paul Farmer/UN's cohorts - the white saviors from the Left/Right duopoly- with their white colonial privileges manage to beat us at the international fight for access, funds and media. The Free Haiti message on the cholera case, on the US (respondiat superior) occupation behind UN mercenary guns and fake aid is pushed aside by Paul Farmer's Avatar Haiti crew.
The alternative to this Privert/CORE Group travesty is for the Haiti people to bloodlessly began to liberate certain zones beginning with the areas where the Brazilians are voluntarily withdrawing from. The Brazilians are withdrawing from Haiti, because of the Haiti opposition to occupation. They're been convinced that the US occupation behind UN guns no longer has validity.
Haiti people in need of jobs must occupy to spaces left by the Brazilians, Haitians need more security jobs in Haiti than Canadian nationals. Haitians shall then proclaim and self-engender a Popular National Assembly. That people's assembly will officially nullify the SOFA agreement that brought in the UN; nullify all international agreements signed by controlled presidents and legislatures; declare all Haiti assets, gold, resources, coltan, iridium, offshore islands nationalized for the benefit of the entire 12million Haitians living in Haiti; the profits of this production to be equitably divided among all Haitians like Janjak Desalin wanted. Proclaim a new leadership with two co-presidents to work in the areas each are more talented at. One administrative, agriculture, providing health, technology, clean water and green energy. The other in charge of foreign and domestic relations to bring new trade allies to Haiti and protect Haiti lands and offshore islands from outside interlopers..All Martelly's decrees taken during his dictatorship are null in void. The Avatar-Haiti white saviors at Partners and Death (Jim Yong Kim/Paul Farmer), World Bank and Institute for Democracy in Haiti (IDJH/Ira Kurzban), with their greater access, skin privileges and fundraising abilities drown out the legal narrative of Èzili HLLN so that Brian Concannon and the bloodsucking NGO republic agents could go raise funds for their organization to feed on Haiti misery, death, imported diseases and the duopoly's imperialism.
The proper legal narrative would have been to sue both the US and the UN as jointly and severally liable for the cholera damages and injuries in Haiti under their employer/employee relationship. That way, as we've pointed out, again and again, the Obama Justice Department lawyers would have a harder time arguing and appearing as non-partisan and on behalf of the UN, urging UN immunity against the Haiti victims. For, the US would also be a defendant under the Federal Tort Claim Act in the action, as well as international treaties and the other SOFA arguments rendering UN immunity void, if it ever existed. The US would not be distancing itself as non-partisan - as if the US is not only part of the occupation but the employer and primary funder of the UN mission in Haiti. Besides, in the first months of the cholera attack as lawyers at Èzili HLLN said, injunctive relief is not subject to the immunity clause...But the Free Haiti struggle is the story of facing both the Neocons and the Liberal whites - its the fight for access, funds and media to create the narrative to free Haiti from imperialism and white domination/racism. The Hillary Clinton emails show the Dept of State media campaign to associate itself with the "humanitarian credibility" of Dr. Paul Farmer to promote the Clinton death plan project in Haiti (privatization, annexation of Haiti lands, sweatshop, tourism, deregulation, export economy, no tariffs, UN occupation). IDJH/Brian Conconnan have Paul Farmer on their board while they're supposedly suing his employer and funder, the UN.

There's no armed conflict in Haiti. Haiti was NEVER at war. There's no need for a Chapter 7, United Nation peace enforcement mission to Haiti since 2004. No elected Haiti official signed for the UN mission to enter Haiti. A UN employee named, Gerald Latortue, signed the Status of Force Agreement (SOFA) that gives the UN authority to come to Haiti, not an elected Haiti government or official. Gerald Latortue, a former career UN employee living in Boca Raton, Florida USA signs for MINUSTAH to come to Haiti and gave it IMMUNITY for wrongdoings! That's why I say the UN is illegal and has no immunity - ie for the Haiti cholera cases that killed more than 10,000 Haitian, infected over 850,000 and for the epidemic rape and molestation of Haiti women and children since 2004. The US brought it in and is also the Respondiat Superior, the one foremost responsible for the illegal actions of its employee the UN, that has no immunity. The UN, in 2004, landed in Haiti to do the empirical biddings of the US/France/Canada. First, through the urging of warmongers in the George W. 1. QUESTION: What’s so important in Haiti that the U.S. would built its fourth largest embassy in the world there, while funding a UN proxy occupation force for over 12-years now?
Haiti homicide rate is 6.9 per 100,000. But the Dominican Republic has FOUR times more violence than Haiti at 25.0 per 100,000. Why is the UN not bringing stability to the more violent DR?
2. QUESTION: Why is there a UN, Chapter 7 peace enforcement mission in Haiti for over 12 years? A country not at war, without a peace agreement to enforce and with less violence than most countries in the Western Hemisphere?
