Constitution of The Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated
Preamble
“We, the Black Peoples of the World, In order to effect Unity, Solidarity,
Liberty, Freedom and Self-determination, to secure Justice and maintain the
Integrity of Ethiopia, which is our Divine Heritage, do hereby establish and
ordain this Constitution for The Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated.”
Article I Section 2. The aims and objects of the Ethiopian World Federation,
Incorporated, shall be:
(a) To promote love and good-will among Ethiopians at home and abroad and
thereby to maintain the integrity and sovereignty of Ethiopia, to disseminate
the ancient Ethiopian culture among its members, to correct abuses, relieve
oppression and carve for ourselves and our posterity, a destiny comparable
with our idea of perfect manhood and God's purpose in creating us; that we may not
only save ourselves from annihilation, but carve for ourselves a place in the
Sun: in this endeavor, we determine to seek peace and pursue it, for it is the
will of God for man.
Family. We have been called upon as a community to be of the highest service
to our Holy Father in these times – Helping to build a new Temple and repair the
old temple for the Ark of the Covenant. We have an opportunity to receive
untold blessings just by association with this Universal, International,
Historical, Biblical, Ancient treasure.
On March 10, 2010 a brethren by the name of Ras Sadiki-I, visited with me. He
explained that he I had just recently travelled from Ethiopia where he was
given a mission by the Guardian of the Ark of the Covenant and the highest
clergy of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tawahedo Church in Ethiopia.
Ras Sadiki was entrusted with the task of building a new temple for the Ark of
the Covenant. The Dome of the temple that was built by Empress Menen is
leaking. A new temple has to be built because no repairs can be done on the
old Temple while the Ark of the Covenant resides in it. After the new Temple is
built and the Ark is transferred, then those repairs will be done.
Construction has started on the new temple, thanks to the generosity of Ras Sadiki I. He showed me the Specifications and cost estimate for the building that was given
to him by the Monk. The cost of the new temple is 6 million birr. The cost of
repairing the original building cannot be assessed until the Ark is removed.
He is now in the USA seeking the additional funds needed to complete the
project. I bear witness to what Ras Sadiki-I has shown me on video and what he
has told me about his spiritual experiences leading to him being ordained for
this mission. I have seen amazing video footage from Ethiopia showing his
interaction with the Priests, Archbishops and the Guardian Monk, who, in a
landmark, historical, once-in-an-eternity event, actually baptized Ras Sadiki I – something never done before by a Guardian of the Ark of the Covenant. I
will share the full story with anyone who is interested in supporting this
holy mission.
In order for anyone to see this video, Ras Sadiki-I has to show it personally.
He was asked to make copies, but the response from the Guardian Monk was
“NO” – no copies, no great publicity, no press conferences, no hoopla, no
website etc. Just as the Ark of the Covenant is in a simple structure; just as
the Guardian Monk is a simple monk who walks barefoot, living a spartan and
devoted life outside of the world, so must the fundraising be undertaken -
with simplicity of action, humility of spirit and faith in the power of the Holy
Trinity. If you know the story of the Ark of the Covenant, you will understand
why discretion is need and you will comply.
Ras Sadiki has co-opted me, as International President of the EWF, Inc., with
the responsibility to assist him in raising these funds. but hold it closely
to your heart. Share only with those you know and trust. And the request is
urgent.
So we humbly give thanks and praise that the Almighty God, through the spirit
of our father and protector, His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Haile Selassie I,
Jah Rastafari, the Defender of the Faith, has chosen to use the institution he
gave us, The Ethiopian World Federation, Inc. to His glory and give our
members and all the Black Peoples of the World, the opportunity to be blessed by our
involvement with this project.

My reading of the Ethiopian history tells me that the Abraham rligion: Judaism, Christianity and Islam were introduced into Ethiopia by the crook and mafia Italians or Romans. Islam was saved by Ethiopians when the Prophet himself saved himself there. Modern Ethiopia claims almost as the present Jews claim that God is theirs when Africans are the first sons and daughters of God and only man's inhumanity to man has brought us this low and unless we form the UNITED STATES OF AFRICA government to confront the rest of the world, no country in Africa can be brought to modernity as we know it today because of inflation and monetary systems that the West has introduced into this world. Few human beings will dare to challenge the concept of unity of contigous lands in the formation of a government introduced into this world by the Founding Fatherd of America in 1776. If in 2012 Africans cannot formulate a program to unite them but sit on religion which is almost anacronistic, then we are doom for good and our descendants will kowtow to the rest of human beings as we do now.
