Thank you President Obama for not pardoning The Hon. Marcus Mosiah Garvey.

A pardon implies guilt.

Mr. Garvey is not a thief.

Mr. Garvey did not defraud the UNIA/ACL and its contributors.

Mr. Garvey did not plead guilty nor admit to any such crime.

Therefore, he can not be pardoned for a crime he did not commit.

By insisting on a pardon for Mr. Garvey, we are in effect calling Mr. Garvey a thief - a crime for which he could be pardoned and forgiven.

Mr. Garvey is a victim of COINTELPRO.

The U.S. Government colluded with emimies of the Pan African Movemnet to frame Mr. Garvey.

Mr. Garvey is innocent.

And, being innocent, he derserve an apology from the Government of the USA.

The Hon. Marcus Mosiah Garvey deserve and APOLOGY not a pardon.
