For a Pan African Commission to serve as a Watchdog, Investigate, Recommend…
As a result of the issues facing African people, we are proposing to establish a Pan African Commission to help protect the Pan African, Black Radical and Progressive Movement from being encroached upon by diabolical forces working against African people and the oppressed of the world, focusing on Africa, and its Diaspora.
The Pan African Leadership Summit
The Pan African Summit on the State of African Leadership in Africa and the Africans in the diaspora in 2015 will: 1. Review the State of the Africa, its Diaspora and the African Union and the consequences of the 2011 attack on Libya, leading to the spread of EUSA and Saudia sponsored “terror” war against Africa; 2. Explore examples and issues of deceptions, sabotages, and disruptions of African people and the Pan African Movement such as the activities against the African Union, and other serious Pan African organizations and groups, and 3. Ensuring the restoration and continuity of Pan African and progressive leadership using the best principles and practices of our Pan African history, especially from Africa, the Americas, Europe and elsewhere, highlighting the models of Garvey, Nkrumah, Sankara, Ture, etc. A special focus should be on President Chavez of Venezuela and President Khaddafi of Libya.
Finally, we intend to use this meeting as a way to begin crafting a Pan African Commission to help protect the Pan African Movement from future attacks internally and externally. As such, the Pan African Commission to be people-empowered to independently engage key institutions, organizations and persons to ensure truth, justice, accountability, transparency and the historic continuity for victory are established at the core of African life, our work, and organizations, for the people of Africa.
A Pan African Diaspora Commission on the Diaspora/AU – 2016
The Pan African Diaspora Commission - Watch, Investigate and Recommend -
We are seeking a high caliber of volunteers of Pan Africans and progressives for a Pan African Commission to focus on the issues regarding the African Union and related institutions, organizations and persons, in Africa and its diaspora to provide greater clarity and direction for African people. For the said Commission to begin by inquiring into key issues, policies, persons and practices related to Africa and Diaspora which have led to the degrading of African people, the Pan African Movement, the AU, WADU, the Pan African Congresses, UNIA/ACL, AAPRP and other related organizations, since the birth of the AU in 2002. Some key persons of focus should be on the administrations of Clinton, Bush, Obama, G. Jonathan, J. Zuma, and their decisions that have led to undermining Africa and African people in the world. The volunteers must have demonstrated exemplary work and behavior in the movement to enhance and promote “Pan African” best practices. They should be able to help shape new rules, protocols and parameters not only for this Commission, but as a historical guide affecting Africa and its Diaspora, for African victory in the 21st century. Thus, this organ should not only serve as a Think-Tank but to “Think-Action” in service of African people, Pan Africanism, and key African global organizations.
WADU & Pan Africanism under Attack
Family, the recent attempted coup in WADU as a premier Pan African organization established by some of the best of our leaders like Baba Elombe Brath to continue the work for our Union and against the re-colonization assaults on Africa is a clear signal of the gravity of our situation and time for us to be most vigilant. The recent assault on WADU is part of the direct attacks on Pan Africanism using not only unethical, illegal and unconstitutional means but also deceptions, intimidations and even extortion. This incident and others must not be overlooked. In Africa it is promoted as an unending “war on terror” crafted by the Neo-cons for the 21st century pushed by the Bush administration when he created Africom and since made robust under the Obama administration. Thus, all have witnessed an expansion and intensification of open attacks on Africa and African people, on African nations and even the AU, especially within the last five years. In the U.S. is the deployment of old and new agents to deceive, disrupt, and disorganize us from saving Africa. We must not be silenced but ensure a free flow of information is circulated widely as urged by Baba Brath and others to inform our people on the state of African people, to encourage and inspire positive action.
Our situation more than ever calls for a Brath “last will” for a relentless campaign for the Union Government and against the re-colonization of Africa based upon the significant work of Garvey and Nkrumah. Indeed, it was Brath (after death of Clarke and Ture) who was the first to begin exploring for a new front for the Diaspora to protect the gains of the African liberation struggles into the 21st century. His position was sealed after he had invited me and Mama Viola Plummer to attend a meeting on the African Union/Diaspora agenda at the Schomburg Center in NYC in 2003. His primary concern for the Movement was intensified by 2004 after experiencing suspicious activities in the Diaspora by those who were claiming to be sponsored by the AU. As a Pan African journalist also, one of his last request from me before becoming ill was to provide information for an “expose” he was working on the state of the Movement.
Family, this is very serious! The plan for those who attempted the recent coup in WADU was to hijack it and use it as a front to promote capitalism and imperialism. The EUSA has done this effectively with Libya and even in the AU. This Commission would help to counter the neo-colonial pact of using some Black organizations as fronts and covers to expand the destruction of African people, here and in Africa. Let me be clear, that the focus now is for a strong, transparent, independent and a shielded Pan African Commission to do this work.
Consequently, all key Pan African organizations should participate to have an equally shared input in this effort. Those who are willing and ready to serve on this Commission, please contact me at 404-822-2049 or at wadupam@aol.com by November 15, 2015. Also, we need your leadership in WADU as we embark on pushing WADU forward to usher in a new era for a united sates of Africa government in 2017 to shore up our incredible Pan African legacy, now degraded by forces of imperialism.
Kwaheri,
Secretary General
The IAM Ubuntu led the organizing of the African Diaspora as a Pan African sacred force starting in 1999 by pulling together some of the most powerful leaders like Freedom Fighter Baba Elombe Brath, with the High Priest MLK Fellow Dr. Ndugu T'Ofori-Atta, and later, even the "legendary" Ambassador Dudley Thompson to create WADU. The mission is to support the AU united states of Africa AU government. WADU has since led the way, but with Africa under siege and the hijacking of major global organizations through weapons of mass deceptions, threats, lies and bribes, we must redouble our efforts to save ourselves. We are urging you who are sacred to join IAMU or any other with the authentic Pan African spiritual force essential to reinforcing the Pan African Movement. Family, the current situation calls for Pan African repatriation teams for the building of the All Afrikan government for our "second liberation" as called by Baba Brath (2005) and recently by Baba Mugabe.
