ACTOR KEVIN NAVAYNE TO STAR IN NEW MARCUS GARVEY FILM -- PRODUCTION TO BEGIN IN FALL 2014

Marcus Garvey is alive and well. At least the feature film is. The film which has seen its way through production company to production company will settle with IDK productions which will produce and submit the film to all the usual suspects of film festivals in the hopes of being acquired by a distributor or studio.

Garvey will be played by model and relative new comer to the acting world Kevin Navayne. Navayne who himself is Jamaican will have to lose those model good lucks as he will be required to gain approximately 65lbs while growing a beard and mustache to his usual clean cut face.

The film will focus on the rise and fall of the legendary civil rights leader. Pre-production is slated to begin in fall of 2014.

  • revolutionary greetings,

"The film will focus on the rise and fall of the legendary civil rights leader."

let's straighten something out: the honorable marcus mosiah garvey was not a civil rights leader. he didn't waste his time doing the king thang, because he knew full well that the key was self-determination which is predicated first and foremost on land. that's why he said afrika for the afrikans, not a bill or mandate constructed by OUR oppressor. so, it is very important that when WE present garvey in the national spotlight, WE identify him and his philosophy correctly. anything other than that is tantamount to treason, a highjacking or watering-down of the image of a great Afrikan leader who understood what time it was, by observing the likes of OUR enemies like the rothschilds and rockefellers. as a matter of fact, those who were supposed to be civil rights leaders were the ones who actually spent a lot of their time attacking garveyism because it was deemed a threat to their bourgeoisie negro status. and the ringleader was known other than w.e.b. dubois, who was in cahoots with a. philip randolph and alain locke.

    UHURU!
