REACH 1 MILLION CHILDREN CAMPAIGN

Isaiah Washington Buwe, greetings from the Mendé people in Sierra Leone. After my initial visit to Sierra Leone, I saw first hand the extreme poverty and the needs of the Sierra Leonean people. From that experience, I pledge my commitment to the country and founded The Gondobay Manga Foundation, a non-profit organization to address those needs. Since the Foundation’s formalization in August 2007, it, along with our founding donors built a primary school near the village of Njala Kendema in the Bagbwe Chiefdom. Currently, there are 300 students, out of a total population of 2,150 from six villages, in the Chiefdom attending class everyday. Our vision for the people of Sierra Leone is for the country via one village and one region at a time to be economically, environmentally, and socially independent by the 22nd century. To make that vision a reality, The Gondobay Manga Foundation has adopted the mission of improving the lives of the Sierra Leonean people through education, health and economic development. Starting this month The Gondobay Manga Foundation launches its Reach 1 Million Children Campaign. For $5.00, you can feed a child for a week. For $10.00, you can provide a child with a treated Malaria Bed Net that will prevent the spread of the disease. For $50.00, you can educate a child for a year. For $100.00, you can join others in erecting a water well in that child's village. Please join others and myself and Reach 1 Million Children in Sierra Leone today. To donate today visit www.gondobaymangafoundation.org/#/donate/ and donate today. Isaiah Washington The Gondobay Manga Foundation www.gondobaymangafoundation.org
