On Thursday, March 5th, the People’s Organization for Progress will host legendary freedom fighter and artist Amina Baraka to launch their Women’s History Month activities!
This engaging presentation will take place at Abyssinian Baptist Church, 224 West Kinney Street, Newark, at the organization’s general assembly meeting.
The program’s theme will be ‘Revolution, Black History and Women.’

The Million People’s March For Justice, the national march against police brutality slated for July 25th in Newark, will also be an agenda item at the general assembly meeting.
P.O.P.’s General Assembly meets every Thursday at Abyssinian Baptist Church, 224 West Kinney Street, Newark.
