One festival down and two major shows, a music video premiere and E.P. release coming, The 3828607091?profile=originalZYG 808 is on the move!!! Meanwhile, school starts next Tuesday...

Over 2000 people filled Maritime Park for the 2018 Boston Jazz Fest this past Saturday and The ZYG 808 (pronounced Zee Why Gee 808) was there to rock the crowd. Backed by his bandmates, The GroovaLottos, the young hip-hop jazz percussionist and Emcee dazzled the crowd with his simultaneous drumming and rapping skills.

Join us on Wednesday, August 29th @ 7pm for the online world premiere of the music video, "The Concerto" from the debut solo single released in July and finding it's way onto mixtapes, radio shows and podcasts world-wide. Giving love to his squad, the video features appearances by regional hip-hop artists, Drippy Lay, Def Prince and Diddy Bop.

Saturday, September 1, The ZYG 808 is a featured performer at The GroovaLottos Phunk Party @ SOB's. Tickets are still available and doors open at 7pm for 8pm and 10pm shows. SOB's is at 204 Varick St., New York, NY.

September 2, The ZYG 808 is a featured performer at the Rhythm &Roots Festival in Charleston, RI. The GroovaLottos will be the first Native American led band to ever be featured at the festival.

September 5, the E.P. "At The Party" goes on sale on all download and streaming formats. "At The Party" features three songs: "The Concerto", "Insanity" and "Explanation" each featuring "Club 808" and "Boom Bap" mixes. Produced by Mwalim DaPhunkee Professor an The ZYG 808, GreenHitz.com has declared the project "Fire!"
