With over 30 years of experience with capital markets, Joe Cecala has taken on the responsibility of closing the wealth gap, providing the equity businesses need in order to create jobs that contribute to the local economy, and positively impact the Black community.
In our interview, Joe did not shy away from sharing his views on the barriers to creating wealth and the lack of financial literacy that could potentially hinder the success of the Dream Exchange. He spoke candidly and in-depth about partnerships and collaborations that will provide tools to address the apprehensions that exist in the Black community toward the power of investing in the stock market as well as access to capital networking software that allows businesses to find investors and investors to find innovative new companies.

The launch of the Dream Exchange is slated for later this year or early 2022 pending the passing of the Main Street Growth Act in Congress. Businesses and investors both are able to register with the Dream Exchange for free and reap various benefits of connecting with potential investors and entrepreneurs prior to the ringing of the first opening bell.
