I was very lukewarm In my support of Biden when I voted for him. However, he has continued to exceed my expectations. As I mentioned before, his infrastructure legislation proposal was in the class of Medicare and Social Security. Now he has continued to impress by his offer of donating 500 million of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines to the poorer countries of the world, with no strings attached. After four years of a president, Donald Trump, to be ashamed of, it is great to now have a president to be so proud of. I wonder what China and Russia will do to try to top this. I hope they do because such would be beneficial to the world. This is the change we need to see countries competing to do good instead of displaying their military might by threatening, killing, starving, destroying and creating misery and mayhem.
Biden has demonstrated true leadership and the other G7 countries have followed by promising more than 1 billion additional COVID-19 vaccines. Unfortunately, I don’t think Biden is receiving enough credit for these actions. Criticisms come easy while good deeds are too often taken for granted. I deplore this in much of my books, urging us to encourage and reinforce good deeds with praise and admiration. To be sure, there are some grave injustices that Biden has ignored, but when he does good, lets hail him. Hail Biden!
