PERTINENT AND VALID REASONS WHY

DESCENDANTS OF SLAVES

ARE DUE

REPARATIONS AND RESETTLEMENT

November 23, 2016

It is important for all concerned with justice for descendants of Slaves to fully understand that restitution for this heinous crime against Black humanity would not be an issue if Blacks had not been forcibly migrated from the shores of Africa for lucrative ventures that were productive across the globe.  This human enterprise enabled Slave owners to grow wealthy off the backs of Slaves stolen from the continent of Africa, and unless we are satisfied with this state of the Black Plight, we have no choice but to work towards ending this miserable and perilous life replete with mayhem and despair in place for descendants of Slaves and especially for our children at every turn.

SLAVERS and Slave Masters were not aware that numbered among the tens of millions of Blacks forcibly migrated from the continent of Africa were GOD’s Chosen/Covenant People, the Children of Israel whom HE cursed and scattered from HIS Land (Lev.26th and Deut.28th Chapter) to serve their enemies for forsaking HIM and HIS acclaimed Book of the Law and for worshipping false gods.  And it is very important to realize that “Cursed be Canaan” has nothing whatsoever to do with the Slave Trade.

“But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation. They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger.”   Deuteronomy 32:15,16

“Who among you will give ear to this? who will hearken and hear for the time to come? Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not the LORD, he against whom we have sinned? for they would not walk in his ways, neither were they obedient unto his law. Therefore he hath poured upon him the fury of his anger, and the strength of battle: and it hath set him on fire round about, yet he knew not; and it burned him, yet he laid it not to heart.”   Isaiah 42:23 - 25

SLAVERS also did not know that the same GOD that scattered the Israelites promised to gather them, as well to save them out of this captivity and punish their oppressors in the process.  The CREATOR GOD has shown us exactly what we need to do for our DELIVERANCE, and it entails obedience to HIS VOICE and HIS WORD.  Who would have thought that this is the TRUTH that shall set us FREE!

“It shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee, And shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; That then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee. If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the LORD thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee: And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.”   Deuteronomy 30:1 - 5

“Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles. He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street. A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth. He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law. Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.”   Isaiah 42:1 – 7

“I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. And I will set up shepherds over them, which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the LORD. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt; But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.”   Jeremiah 23:3 – 8

“I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden. Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame. At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD.”   Zephaniah 3:18 – 20

THE GOD OF ISRAEL MAKES A STRONG POINT FOR WORSHIPPING HIM:  IF PEOPLE HAVE TO CARRY THEIR DEITY, THEN IT ISN’T A TRUE GOD!

“…their idols were upon the beasts, and upon the cattle: your carriages were heavy loaden; they are a burden to the weary beast. They stoop, they bow down together; they could not deliver the burden, but themselves are gone into captivity.”   Isaiah 46:1,2

“Hearken unto me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, which are borne by me from the belly, which are carried from the womb: And even to your old age I AM HE; AND EVEN TO HOAR HAIRS WILL I CARRY YOU: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you. To whom will ye liken me, and make me equal, and compare me, that we may be like?”   Isaiah 46:3,4

“TO WHOM WILL YE LIKEN ME, AND MAKE ME EQUAL, AND COMPARE ME, THAT WE MAY BE LIKE? They lavish gold out of the bag, and weigh silver in the balance, and hire a goldsmith; and he maketh it a god: they fall down, yea, they worship. They bear him upon the shoulder, they carry him, and set him in his place, and he standeth; from his place shall he not remove: yea, one shall cry unto him, yet can he not answer, nor save him out of his trouble. Remember this, and shew yourselves men: bring it again to mind, O ye transgressors.”   Isaiah 46:5 - 8

“Remember the former things of old: for I AM GOD, AND THERE IS NONE ELSE; I AM GOD, AND THERE IS NONE LIKE ME, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, MY COUNSEL SHALL STAND, AND I WILL DO ALL MY PLEASURE: Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.”   Isaiah 46:9 - 11

To many descendants of Slaves, the JC man-god is of this so-called “Trinity”, and after reading this Message, they will still make him their god of choice.  However, if Christians will consider why a “Trinity” was invented perhaps the truth might come to light.   As we all know, the First Commandment informs us to have no other god before the CREATOR GOD of Moses.  And given all the passages stating the CREATOR GOD told the Israelites that HE is their ONLY SAVIOR, HELPER, DELIVERER, REDEEMER, and FORGIVER of SINS, raises questions about JC.  If the CREATOR GOD does all these things for us, then for what do we need JC?  Thus, Christian believers invented an unfounded “Trinity” that falsely makes JC comparable to the Most HIGH GOD of Heaven and Earth.  The wise understand fully that if the Most HIGH CREATOR GOD said there is NONE LIKE HIM, then that would completely make JC and this so-called “Trinity” a fraud.

The CREATOR GOD will not give HIS GLORY to another and much less will tolerate the worship of any other god.

“For my name's sake will I defer mine anger, and for my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off. Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I WILL NOT GIVE MY GLORY UNTO ANOTHER. Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.”   Isaiah 48:9 - 12

“Thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the LORD thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that ye shall surely perish. As the nations which the LORD destroyeth before your face, so shall ye perish; because ye would not be obedient unto the voice of the LORD your God.”   Deuteronomy 8:18 - 20

The Slave Trade and this captivity is a direct result of our disobedience and our worship of false gods, which will haunt us until we turn back to the “Old Testament” GOD of this CREATION - OUR MAKER.  Therefore, if HE Created us, it makes sense we should obey HIS Voice to live according to HIS WAYS of Righteousness – HIS BOOK of the Law (Genesis – Deuteronomy).

“I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded. I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.”   Isaiah 45:12,13

NOT ALL BLACKS KNOW ABOUT THE SLAVE TRADE, AND NOT ALL BLACKS UNDERSTAND WHY WE ARE DUE REPARATIONS AND RESETTLEMENT.

When I learned that there were books on Slavery, I read every documented book I could get my hands on and that included historical fiction.  Below is information in brief on the Slave Trade and on the heartless manner our forebears were treated, as well as how we, their descendants, yet suffer unto this day:

WALL STREET WAS ONCE A SLAVE MARKET

“The first slave market in the state of New York was on Wall Street. Yes the place that now holds the majority of Americans in debt slavery has been in the business for quite some time…So trading on the lives and well being of humans is nothing new to Wall Street. Be it buying and selling humans as a way to gain profit. To buying and selling the labor and fruits of their labor of the 99% is seen as acceptable. All in the name of profit.

Who says there are no African-Americans on Wall Street? You can check in on the former home of the Royal African Trading Company, NYC's once bustling slave market, at the corner of Wall and Walter Streets. In the late 1700's, NYC was second only to Charleston, SC for the busiest slave market and could boast that more than 20% of it's population were slaves. We've progressed a lot since then - today, only about 10% of welfare recipients have been used as slaves in demeaning Workfare programs. Afterward, you can stroll down to the touristy South Street Seaport and have an overpriced dinner at the port where many of NYC's slaves arrived.

One block east of Broadway between Duane and Elk (take the 2 or 3 train to Wall St.) you'll find the African Burial Ground. The bodies of an estimated 20,000 African slaves were buried here until the 1790's. The lot began to be used as a cemetary for Africans when Trinity Church, which had been the cemetary for many of the city's poor, issued a decree forbidding Africans from being buried in their churchyard. Other NYC laws during this time restricted the number of persons who could attend African funerals, and at what times they could be held. The small plot of land left untouched as a historic memorial is but a tiny fraction of the graveyard's size. Many of the buildings currently surrounding the memorial either destroyed or were built on top of the remains of African slaves.

The fact that this travesty to humanity was begun on Wall Street speaks volumes about what is acceptable to those praying to the altar of greed. Anything goes and values like dignity and humanity are to be excluded.”

OVERVIEW ESSAY:

THE SLAVE TRADE

“From the 17th century until the 19th century, almost twelve million Africans were brought to the New World against their will to perform back-breaking labor under terrible conditions. The British slave trade was eventually abolished in 1807 (although illegal slave trading would continue for decades after that) after years of debate, in which supporters of the trade claimed that it was not inhumane, that they were acting in the slaves’ benefit, etc. The rationalizations and defenses given for slavery and the slave trade were absurd and self-serving. Slavery was a truly barbaric, and those who think that they can control what another group of people eat, where they sleep, whether they are to live or die, or even whether they are to be bought or sold, are acting on a totally inhumane level. But just as important as the critique of the slave trade is that need to discover how the enslaved themselves reacted: through submission; or through resistance? From the African coast to the West Indies, and up to the abolition of the slave trade, we can discover many forms of resistance.

The country of Portugal was one of the first countries to start selling slaves. Portugal found out about selling slaves for profit by sheer luck. The first slave purchase is said to have taken place in 1441 when the Portuguese caught two African males while they were along the coast. The Africans in the nearby village paid them in gold for their return.

Slave traders used many slave forts to protect themselves and their shipments. This was a way of guarding themselves against any attackers. It was also a way of holding slaves until they could be sold and shipped to the New World.

The Africans were sold in many ways. They were sold to traders by other Africans, and eventually forced into slavery by men with guns. From here, slaves were placed aboard ships to be taken across the Atlantic on a voyage that was eventually coined "the middle passage."

The middle passage of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade consisted of immeasurable brutality. Africans were chained and packed into quarters unfit for movement or proper breathing. The only hope of escape rested in suicide by jumping overboard. With the British Parliament's outlaw of the slave trade in 1808, the naval superpower set sail to enforce total European abolition. The Society of Friends, along with other such concerned parties, published accounts of the horrific middle passage to distribute amongst still practicing nations. These accounts, supported by memoirs such as Oladuah Equiano's, who survived the journey, informed the masses and catalyzed the destruction of slavery. The atrocities continued once the Africans arrived in the West Indies, but resistance began to grow once on the plantation.

In the West Indies, slaves searched for an outlet to vent their frustrations. To be successful in alleviating their frustrations and resisting in some way, slaves had to unite. One of the more popular ways slaves accomplished this was through the Christian religion. When it was allowed by the planters, Christianized slaves could resist the institution of slavery by looking to God. The ideals that Christianity held were easy for Africans to understand and adapt. Doing so meant that the slaves would lose some of their African heritage, but the plusses far outweighed the minuses. Slaves "Africanized" Christianity in the West Indies and thus created a new culture among them. Those who chose, or who were allowed, to be baptized were successful at resisting slavery and uniting together with a common interest in God. However, the road to Christianity was often bumpy and dangerous. The missionaries from Europe regularly faced opposition by whites and indifference by blacks. In the end, the effort proved to be worth the time and energy invested. The Christianization of slaves was a major factor in bringing an end to the oppression that was the slave trade.

Great debate exists even today over just how and why the British Parliament voted to abolish the slave trade. By the late 1700's, the abolition movement had become strong enough to exert considerable pressure on Parliament, and an array of differing arguments were being made for abolition. Former slave Olaudah Equiano presented both a moral and an economic case for abolition, in the latter sounding a great deal like Adam Smith. Religious groups such as the Providence Society presented a fiery moral case based on their interpretation of the scripture. In Parliament, William Wilberforce became the leading abolitionist and, interestingly enough, would argue in a similar fashion as Equiano did, appealing to the people's conscience and using free trade ideas to convince Parliament that abolition would benefit the British Empire commercially. In the end, it might be best to assume that Parliament's vote to abolish slavery was a result of years of resistance on the part of slaves such as Equiano finally making an impact.

As the account of Equiano demonstrates, slavery as an institution was in trouble under the pressure of a general resistance by the slaves. These slaves were finally making breakthroughs by the late 18th century. Despite the brutal, repressive nature of slavery, the efforts of resistance by the slaves and the abolitionists proved strong enough to overcome this institution.”

TRANSATLANTIC SLAVE TRADE

“The transatlantic slave trade is unique within the universal history of slavery for three   main reasons:

- its duration - approximately four centuries

- those victimized: black African men, women and children

- the intellectual legitimization attempted on its behalf - the development of an anti- black ideology and its legal organization, the notorious Code noir

The transatlantic slave trade, often known as the triangular trade, connected the economies of three continents. It is estimated that between 25 to 30 million people, men, women and children, were deported from their homes and sold as slaves in the different slave trading systems. In the transatlantic slave trade alone the estimate of those deported is believed to be approximately 17 million. These figures exclude those who died aboard the ships and in the course of wars and raids connected to the trade.”

SLAVE CASTLES

SLAVERY’S CASTLES

“This web site provides information on Douglas Henderson and Greg Merrell's project of photographically documenting the remains of historic sites relating to the trans-Atlantic slave trade in Africa.

These sites include about 30 forts or castles, several slave camps, and at least one slave market spread out over much of West Africa. From the 1600's to the early 1800s, European traders built forts or castles along the coast of Africa to contain slaves until ships could transport the slaves to markets in the New World. Through these grim, utilitarian structures over 12 million people passed on their descent into slavery. While these sites have had enormous impact on the world, they have not been photographically documented to any extent. Henderson and Merrell are attempting to do just that. During the summer of 2010 they photographed about 25 of these sites, with hopes of returning to photograph the remainder in 2015.

Doors of No Return

23 of the photographs have been assembled into an art exhibit; Doors of No Return.”

MIDDLE PASSAGE

"THE MIDDLE PASSAGE"

“Two by two the men and women were forced beneath deck into the bowels of the slave ship.

The "packing" was done as efficiently as possible. The captives lay down on unfinished planking with virtually no room to move or breathe. Elbows and wrists will be scraped to the bone by the motion of the rough seas.

Some will die of disease, some of starvation, and some simply of despair. This was the fate of millions of West Africans across three and a half centuries of the slave trade on the voyage known as the "middle passage."

Two philosophies dominated the loading of a slave ship. "LOOSE PACKING" provided for fewer slaves per ship in the hopes that a greater percentage of the cargo would arrive alive. "TIGHT PACKING" captains believed that more slaves, despite higher casualties, would yield a greater profit at the trading block.

Doctors would inspect the slaves before purchase from the African trader to determine which individuals would most likely survive the voyage. In return, the traders would receive guns, gunpowder, rum or other sprits, textiles or trinkets.

The "MIDDLE PASSAGE," which brought the slaves from West Africa to the West Indies, might take three weeks. Unfavorable weather conditions could make the trip much longer.

The Transatlantic (Triangular) Trade involved many continents, a lot of money, some cargo and sugar, and millions of African slaves.

Slaves were fed twice daily and some captains made vain attempts to clean the hold at this time. Air holes were cut into the deck to allow the slaves breathing air, but these were closed in stormy conditions. The bodies of the dead were simply thrust overboard. And yes, there were uprisings.”

THE SLAVE TRADE RESULTING IN THE DEATHS OF BLACKS IN THE TENS OF MILLIONS

Slaves were called chattel and categorized with animals and furniture.

Slaves were bred, maimed, beaten, and forced to survive under inhumane conditions.

Slaves’ spouses and children were taken and sold to other Slave owners never to be seen  again.

Women and girls were raped at the desires of the Slave owners.

SLAVES WERE FORBIDDEN TO GET AN EDUCATION OR LEARN TO READ

“ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS:

Fearing that black literacy would prove a threat to the slave system -- which relied on slaves'

dependence on masters – whites in many colonies instituted laws forbidding slaves to learn to

read or write and making it a crime for others to teach them.

Excerpt from South Carolina Act of 1740

Whereas, the having slaves taught to write, or suffering them to be employed in writing, may

be attended with great inconveniences; Be it enacted, that all and every person and persons

whatsoever, who shall hereafter teach or cause any slave or slaves to be taught to write, or

shall use or employ any slave as a scribe, in any manner of writing whatsoever, hereafter

taught to write, every such person or persons shall, for every such offense, forfeit the sum of

one hundred pounds, current money…”

BLACK CODES VS JIM CROW LAWS

“Transcript of Black Codes vs. Jim Crow Laws

Difference between the two Black Codes we put into place to regulate what slaves could and could not do, they were another way to reinstate slavery following the Civil War, dealing with social controls. While Jim Crow Laws deprived blacks of civic and political power, such as segregating schools and forbidding intermarriage between blacks and whites. Jim Crow laws were laws that were established to separate the whites and the black races in the South of America.

Jim Crow Laws were to create "separate but equal" treatment.

LYNCHINGS

EVEN MORE BLACK PEOPLE WERE LYNCHED IN THE U.S.

THAN PREVIOUSLY THOUGHT, STUDY FINDS

“The number of African-Americans lynched in Southern states in the 19th and 20th centuries is significantly higher than previously detailed, according to a new report examining lynching in the United States.

The report is the latest in a series of attempts to document the true number of lynching victims in this country, an effort that dates back more than a century. While it is known that thousands of black Americans were lynched, the practice of “targeted racial violence” still has not been fully addressed, according to the report released Tuesday by the Equal Justice Initiative, a non-profit based in Alabama.

“Lynchings were violent and public acts of torture that traumatized black people  throughout the country and were largely tolerated by state and federal officials,” the report’s summary states. “These lynchings were terrorism.”

Researchers said they determined that 3,959 black people were killed in “racial terror lynchings” in a dozen Southern states between 1877 and 1950. The new number includes 700 people who were not named in previous works seeking to comprehensively document the toll, the authors wrote. Some of those previous studies were conducted at a time when lynching was still an ongoing phenomenon…”

INEQUALITY / DISCRIMINATION

INEQUALITY IN BLACK AND WHITE

Mar 12, 2015

(Photo: David Goldman/AP/Corbis)

“For the past few years, Americans have been engaged in two big public conversations about inequality. One is about economic insecurity (stagnant wages, wealth concentration, Occupy Wall Street). The other is about racial inequality (incarceration rates, police brutality, disenfranchisement). Often, these two discussions are kept separate, but they are closely intertwined.

The economic trends that have battered Americans have been exceptionally hard on African Americans, making them perhaps the truest face of economic inequality. Much of the progress in the workplace and in schools that African Americans have made since the 1964 Civil Rights Act has now ground to a halt, or worse. Blacks are nearly three times as likely to be poor as whites and more than twice as likely to be unemployed. Compared to whites with the same qualifications, blacks remain less likely to be hired and more likely to earn lower wages, to be charged higher prices for consumer goods, to be excluded from housing in white neighborhoods, and to be denied mortgages or steered into the subprime mortgage market. Racial disparities in household wealth haven’t just persisted; they’ve increased. What’s more, the reasons for these divergences aren’t always outwardly apparent or easy to understand.”

RACE HATRED

RACISM

“Although the United States has come a long way since the days of slavery, and huge steps were made towards granting equal rights on the basis of race in the 1960s, racism is still a very pressing problem in the US today. Sometimes it is blatant and open, but often it can be more subtle, or even built into the system, as seen by racial profiling by law enforcement officers and other government officials, and the near impossibility for some groups, especially African Americans, to break the cycle of poverty.

Discriminatory policies in schools lead to the so-called “school-to-prison pipeline.” Due to zero-tolerance policies in schools, disadvantaged black youths quickly end up being pushed out of school and into the juvenile and criminal justice systems, instead of being given a chance and receiving counseling within the school system.”

DOUBLE STANDARDS AND WHITE PRIVILEGE

Native Americans received Reparations

Japanese received Reparations

European Jews with the help of the US government received Reparations

The above groups have been abused and suffered devastating hardships and have either received Reparations from the US government, or the US government was instrumental in acquiring it for them.  However, after 400 years, the US government that promoted the worst Holocaust of all times has flatly refused Reparations for descendants of Slaves who are the real victims of forced migration, ethnic cleansing, enslavement, and heinous oppression and an atrocious Holocaust.  Not to mention that free labor enabled Slave traders and Slave owners to establish the United States the wealthiest nation on Earth.   Because of double standards, White privilege, and gross discrimination, descendants of Slaves yet suffer from high blood pressure and other diseases, death, control, second-class citizenship, impoverishment, and the most inferior schools in the United States.

TO BE WHITE AND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COUNTRY

IS SOMEHOW PATRIOTIC,

BUT IF YOU’RE BLACK AND FRUSTRATED

THEN YOU’RE A TRAITOR

“To be black in America and be frustrated with it, though, is to suffer serious wrath. Colin Kaepernick is now the most hated player in the NFL. It’s not even close. He may actually be the most hated player of all time.

Why? Because he took a silent knee during the national anthem to protest injustice in America. He dared to be frustrated with America. Other players have lost endorsements for doing so.

Young black students all over the country are receiving death threats for following their lead. One 8 -year-old boy in Texas was just sent home from school for taking a knee during the Pledge of Allegiance and officers from a Louisiana police department are saying it is refusing to provide security for a high school football team whose players took a knee last week.

It’s not just a double standard — it’s evidence of how this nation is devolving into a black hole of bigotry, racism and white supremacy. It’s evidence that to be black and in pain is, in and of itself, politically incorrect. It’s evidence that white folk have somehow fixed their mind on the idea this country is their home and black folk are guests who should be gracious they are here.

Kaepernick, and the now hundreds of athletes who have followed in his footsteps, are told daily that “if they don’t like America, they should just leave.” This is white supremacy in action. It’s white privilege personified. To be white and frustrated with this country is somehow patriotic, but to be black and frustrated is something akin to being a traitor.

It’s all such a damn mess.”

OUR PROGENY HAVE NO CHANCE TO RISE ABOVE THIS SUBJUGATION.  THEREFORE, REPARATIONS AND RESETTLEMENT ARE THE ONLY JUST RESOLUTIONS FOR THIS CRIME AGAINST BLACK HUMANITY.

UNITED NATIONS DECLARES UNITED STATES

OWES BLACKS REPARATIONS

“94. The Working Group encourages Congress to pass H.R. 40 — the Commission to Study Reparation Proposals for African-Americans Act — which would establish a commission to examine enslavement and racial discrimination in the colonies and the United States from 1619 to the present and to recommend appropriate remedies. The Working Group urges the United States to consider seriously applying analogous elements contained in the Caribbean Community’s Ten-Point Action Plan on Reparations, which includes a formal apology, health initiatives, educational opportunities, an African knowledge programme, psychological rehabilitation, technology transfer and financial support, and debt cancellation.”

U.S. OWES BLACK PEOPLE REPARATIONS

FOR A HISTORY OF ‘RACIAL TERRORISM,’

SAYS U.N. PANEL

By Ishaan Tharoor September 27

“The history of slavery in the United States justifies reparations for African Americans, argues a recent report by a U.N.-affiliated group based in Geneva.

This conclusion was part of a study by the United Nations' Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent, a body that reports to the international organization's High Commissioner on Human Rights. The group of experts, which includes leading human rights lawyers from around the world, presented its findings to the United Nations Human Rights Council on Monday, pointing to the continuing link between present injustices and the dark chapters of American history.

"In particular, the legacy of colonial history, enslavement, racial subordination and segregation, racial terrorism and racial inequality in the United States remains a serious challenge, as there has been no real commitment to reparations and to truth and reconciliation for people of African descent," the report stated. "Contemporary police killings and the trauma that they create are reminiscent of the past racial terror of lynching."

Citing the past year's spate of police officers killing unarmed African American men, the panel warned against "impunity for state violence," which has created, in its words, a "human rights crisis" that "must be addressed as a matter of urgency."

The panel drew its recommendations, which are nonbinding and unlikely to influence Washington, after a fact-finding mission in the United States in January. At the time, it hailed the strides taken to make the American criminal justice system more equitable but pointed to the corrosive legacy of the past.

"Despite substantial changes since the end of the enforcement of Jim Crow and the fight for civil rights, ideology ensuring the domination of one group over another, continues to negatively impact the civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights of African Americans today," it said in a statement. "The dangerous ideology of white supremacy inhibits social cohesion amongst the US population."

BLACKS TAKEN INTO SLAVERY ARE STILL CAPTIVES, AND THEIR HUMAN RIGHT TO JUSTICE SERVED IS FREEDOM AND RESETTLEMENT.

SINCE THE ELECTION OF PRESIDENT-ELECT DONALD J. TRUMP, RACISM AND DIVERSITY ARE MORE WIDESPREAD AND BOLDER THAN EVER BEFORE.

In an effort to obtain justice for police killings of Blacks, a Black Lives Matter Movement has surfaced, and racist Whites now tout “Black Lives Do Not Matter”.  This attitude and rampant racist behavior has deepened the divide between Whites and Blacks determining that Blacks for generations to come will never have an opportunity to rise above this well-established racist society.

LACK OF GENUINE CONGRESSIONAL REPRESENTATION FOR DESCENDANTS OF SLAVES HAS BEEN OUR DOWNFALL.

The fact that the US Congress refuses to address the cruel Slave Trade is testament to the racism and double standards that permeate the economic, social, and educational systems in the country.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF RACISM

AGAINST BLACKS

IN THE UNITED STATES

“Racism is the belief that one’s race, skin color, or more generally, one’s group, be it of religious, national or ethnic identity, is superior to others in humanity.8 It has been part of the American landscape primarily since the European colonization of North America beginning in the 17th century. Various groups have bore the brunt of it, manifested in discriminatory laws, social practices, and  criminal behavior directed toward a target group. The following are a list of just a few and their experiences.

Racism against African-Americans: many of the Africans brought to America starting in the 17th century arrived as slaves, kidnapped from their homelands in various parts of Africa. A number of them were known to be royalty and literate. A4frican men, women, and children were stripped of their names and identities, forced to “Christianize”, whipped, beaten, tortured, and in many cases, lynched or hanged at the whims of their white masters, for whom slavery was key to maintaining their vast properties and land. Families were separated through the process of buying and selling slaves. While not all Africans in America were slaves, a large number were, particularly in the southern states. For those Africans in America who were free, discriminatory laws that barred them from owning property and voting, for example, as well as the belief in the intrinsic inferiority of dark-skinned peoples by the dominant white majority, held them back from full equality in the United States.

Although slavery was ultimately outlawed and laws prohibiting discrimination against African-Americans passed, racism against this community remains and is manifested in more subtle ways today. For example, the Washington, DC, Fair Employment Practices Commission has found that blacks face discrimination in one out of every five job interviews. The American Sociological Association notes that, “today employers use different phases of the hiring process to discriminate against minorities (e.g., recruiting from primarily white schools instead of through job training programs) and offer higher status jobs and pay to white employees. Reports of job discrimination against African Americans are correlated with darker complexion, higher education, immigrant status, and young age.”

BLACKS HAVE NO RIGHT TO SELF-DETERMINATION.

In a nation with a belief in ethnocentricity, descendants of Slaves will never enjoy a right to self-determination.

BLACK SELF-DETERMINATION

By Danny Haiphong

“…Malcolm X’s call for Black self-determination remains widely misunderstood in the United States, including among Black activists. Some even hold that Barack Obama’s election was an expression of Black self-determination. But self-determination is about people’s power, not voter turnout in an electoral system controlled by rich white rulers. It's about taking power “by any means necessary…”

DESCENDANTS OF SLAVES

LIVING AMONG THE DOMINANT GROUP

HAVE NO CHANCE TO ASSIMILATE

JUSTICE, FREEDOM, and SELF-DETERMINATION should be the bedrock of human rights, however, descendants of Slaves enjoy neither of these entities.  But rather descendants of Slaves are the underclass in the United States who sustain a status quo of White Privilege and survival of the fittest, while the poor are relegated to Ghettoes to suffer the tribulations and despair of the oppressed.  In these Ghettoes Blacks are left illiterate, poor, and without proper medication for adults and children.  To the demise of Black youth, teen gangs were formed causing Black-on-black crime, and the CIA established drugs in Black communities.  (https://www.rt.com/usa/usa-cia-drugs-poor-americas/)  The US government must be held accountable not just for the atrocities of the Slave Trade, but also for destroying the lives of innocent men, women, and children who lived in environments designed to prompt failure.

Not all descendants of Slaves choose to Exodus out of this captivity, but there are many who cannot find any reason to stay in a land wherein Blacks will never be accepted as equals though its constitution is alleged to maintain this claim.  After experiencing the epitome of cruelty under Slave Masters and living the lives of have-nots for centuries, Blacks must be re-established in safe environments where our children will be properly nourished and will obtain a quality academic education, as well as one for learning the GOD’s TRUTH at HIS WORD and at the Mouth of HIS Prophets.

Observe the happenings throughout the world; nowhere is White rule and control a life for us – nowhere - and do we really want to be apart of the dominant races who deplorably watch Third-World countries suffer endlessly!  And worse, do we want the blood of the helpless on our hands, just as it spills from America and its allies?  If we are to rise above this supremacy and injustice, it is imperative that we become empowered and given the opportunity to prosperity to ensure this domination never happens again.  Hence, GOD WITH US, Reparations and Resettlement are the only viable means to accomplish these dreams.

Adults and children alike must inhabit a community or village that will enable all to learn to love themselves and to love their own, for then we will finally represent ourselves and take pride in being our own nobles.

“Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey. For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after. Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob's tents, and have mercy on his dwelling places; and the city shall be builded upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof. And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them. And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? saith the LORD. And YE SHALL BE MY PEOPLE, AND I WILL BE YOUR GOD.   Jeremiah 30:16 - 22

Moreover, if we choose the CREATOR GOD that brought the Slave Trade upon us including all the Hell that has accompanied it and will obey HIM and follow HIS WAYS of Righteousness, then HE will SAVE and DELIVER us out of the hands of those who hold us captives.  These are our priorities if we will only buy into them.

With GOD’s Blessings and with our allotted Reparations paid for the Slave Trade, we will be able to purchase land, establish housing, schools, farmland, and personal businesses for our livelihoods.  We will be the ones to leave out of this captivity and start a new beginning that invests in a good healthy lifestyle for us, whereby, we will finally know the true meaning of FREEDOM and know what it means to fulfill our dreams - meaningful dreams enabling us to represent the CREATOR and become an unbiased nation - one of integrity, dignity, honor, and Divine values before the world.   And with the HELP of Our SAVIOR GOD of Israel (the “Old Testament” GOD), we can accomplish this endeavor and fulfill prophecy for HIS GLORY and for HIS Holy Name’s Sake.

“Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called;

I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.
Mine hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth,

and my right hand hath spanned the heavens:

when I call unto them, they stand up together.
“Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer,

the Holy One of Israel;

I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit,

which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.”

Isaiah 48:12,13,17

“Thus saith the Lord GOD,

Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles,

and set up my standard to the people: and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders.
…they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.
“But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty

shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered:

for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee,

and I will save thy children.
“… all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour

and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.”

Isaiah 49:22,23,25,26

“THUS SAITH THE LORD GOD;

I have lifted up mine hand,

Surely the heathen that are about you, they shall bear their shame.
But ye, O mountains of Israel,

ye shall shoot forth your branches,

and yield your fruit to my people of Israel;

for they are at hand to come.
For, behold, I am for you, and I will turn unto you,

and ye shall be tilled and sown:
And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel,

even all of it: and the cities shall be inhabited,

and the wastes shall be builded:”

Ezekiel 36:7 – 10

“Hearken unto me, ye stouthearted, that are far from righteousness:
I bring near my righteousness; it shall not be far off,

and my salvation shall not tarry:

and I will place salvation in Zion for Israel my glory.”

Isaiah 46:12,13

“Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together,

ye that are escaped of the nations:

they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image,

and pray unto a god that cannot save.

Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together:

who hath declared this from ancient time?

who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD?

and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour;

there is none beside me.

Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth:

for I am God, and there is none else.

I HAVE SWORN BY MYSELF,

THE WORD IS GONE OUT OF MY MOUTH

IN RIGHTEOUSNESS,

AND SHALL NOT RETURN,

THAT UNTO ME EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW,

EVERY TONGUE SHALL SWEAR.

Surely, shall one say,

in the LORD have I righteousness and strength:

even to him shall men come;

and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.”

Isaiah 45:20 – 24
