Parable of Malcolm's Killer

Parable ofMalcolm's Killer
He was rewarded for his dastardlycrime by a dastardly society universally known for murder and mayhem. Why wouldn't he be rewarded with his freedom after killing one ofAmerica's most dangerous men, simply because he spoke the truth, the lowdown dirty truth about America, her dirty linen, her funky drawers, herbloody cum filled panties. Yes, Malcolm told it all, in the traditionof David Walker, Henry Highland Garnett, Garvey, DuBois, and of courseMalcolm's teacher, Elijah Muhammad.

Why wouldn't America free thekiller of Malcolm? He silenced Big Red, the main man screaming in thebelly of the beast. You gave him a stamp, a movie, streets and schoolsnamed after him, yet you disrespect him by freeing his cold bloodedkiller, who slaughtered him in front of his wife and children.

Yes,the killer walked. He shall get a book contract and make millions asthe man who slew the King, Malik, also called our black shining prince, atroubled warrior who defied his teacher that taught him trust no one,not even Elijah himself.

Listen to your teacher, don't defy him.He taught you security. Yet agents were your body guards, New Yorkpolice agents in black face, self confessed, who gave you mouth to mouthresuscitation. Why would the police try to save your life? It was highdrama. Why would the police apprehend the co-conspirators? It's a funkysituation!

The killer walked. He will get his brownie points, abook, a movie, maybe a medal of freedom. He killed the preacher of truthfor the father of lies! Where the Nation of Islam was involved, itcannot be absolved. Those who fanned the flames cannot be forgiven. Theywere as dastardly as the killer(s).

And yet, the division in ourcommunity must be healed. The martyrdom of Malcolm, Malik Shabazz, issimilar to the Sunni killing of the Shia imams. There is an eternal painin the Shia community, and there is a similar pain in the blackcommunity. There must be communal healing of this trauma and unresolvedgrief.

It has poisoned our spiritual life, intellectual life andpolitical life. There are those who hate Islam as a result of Malcolm'sassassination, no matter the US Government's role in the affair--andstrangely many of those who hate Islam have no similar hatred ofAmerica, so there is an addiction to white supremacy in the anti-Islamichaters.

Intellectually, scholars with a Malcolm bias havewritten revisionist history, blinded by their emotional bias, unable toput the NOI in perspective. No matter how one might try, one cannot gofrom Garvey to Malcolm in any realistic historical analysis, yet ourscholars suffer a myopia when attempting to put Malcolm in his properperspective.

Politically, at some point we must understand shithappens in revolution! Persons are betrayed, assassinated, ostracized. This is the nature of revolution. The black revolution was no differentthan the French, Chinese, Russian, Mexican, African. Get over it! Acceptthe pain of Malcolm, the tears in the night.

And how many of youwho say you love him so much have done a damn thing he said? Youhaven't done nothing Malcolm said, for that matter, you haven't doneanything anyone said, whether Malcolm, Martin, Elijah, Garvey, NobleDrew Ali, Jesus, Muhammad or Buddha!

We must attain revolutionarymaturity and stop crying crocodile tears over events of the past. Wemust move on, understanding the actors played their parts, now the dramais over. The end.

Yes, the killed has walked onto the stage oflife, but it shall be short lived--what price glory?
It would bebetter that he died long ago than face the wrath of the people who lovedMalcolm as their brother, son, and black shining prince.

As someone who has never ever believed that Hagan killed Malcolm, i am not shocked by the many who do.
Now what? books tv, movies, and? Malcolm is still with the ancestors...I believe in proof positive vs suspicion he said, she said or..I was there..?
If someone was there and i was not, although i lived there a few blks away at that time and wasda full grown adult..That someone needed to bring thier story..whether a lie or another myth to the front of the room?

.As good as Malcolm was..he saw this coming..He also knew more than anyone about his killer. than most..Why u may ask?
He talked to and about him/her daily..

Many many men i have defended in the lat 35 yrs were picked from lineups and wrongfully accused, those same MANY have been the driving forse for me and my family as my sons thier father and i worked hard to make surethey did not become stats..and picked wrongfully.
  • to whom it may concern (i guess),

first of all, i don't have any terms of endearment for any of the established so-called religions, which, in actuality, are products of afrikan roots, no matter what their names are. and i'll challenge anyone who begs to differ. anyone! second of all, there were real elements within the nation of islam, who were partly responsible for the death of my hero. and it reminds me of the code of some of the street tribes of the united snakes of amerikkka: blood in, blood out!

if it were i who had fathered several children by women young enough to be my daughters, and had been a part of a so-called religious group, i would have been thrown to the wolves. so, what was the big deal, because saint malcolm really believed in elijah muhammed, took everything he said for gospel. but, when he discovered elijah's shortcomings, just like any other humanbeing, it hurt him to the very depths of his soul. and it was only fitting that his feelings about elijah muhammed would be heavily affected. so, what's the big deal?

that is where the problem lies. and members of the nation of islam have tried to rationalize the death of saint malcolm by someone who was supposed to be a member of the nation of islam. the nigga assassinated my hero, whether he was nation of islam, or of any other affiliation. too bad saint malcolm wasn't one of my blood relatives!

lastly, this country was founded on violence. it's the amerikkkan way. and until niggas get that shit in their heads, and stop waiting on someone riding on a cloud, a spaceship or the voting poll, we'll continue to be hunted down and eliminated. the prey will always be the prey, until the prey realizes that two can play at that game. even arnold schwarzenegger's character in predator realized what time it was and handled his business!

    uhuru sasa (freedom now)!

Perhaps at some point we should talk,I know when the other groups meet because I am there.I travel the circuit and have spoke in 3/4 of the nation at Universities,Church and religeous group etc.I guess my question regarding meeting, should have been better phrased as attendance, support and cooperation.I hope you know we are in agreement or else I would not waste my time here. Please excuse my views I realize that they are quite different from the norm, like I said perhaps at some point we can meet and compare notes. The evil that began with us being the lone victim has spread so now,we are in the same boat. Its no longer us alone being targeted for genicide.Through calculated mean's many of are brothers have been reduced to zombies,to the point where they can not see.None are so helplessly enslaved as those who think they are free
  • Dr. Nathan Hare says meet in the barber shop, beauty shop, church basement, night club, on the corner, but meet as a peer group to share your pain, then go into detox and recovery from the addiction to white supremacy, but know black madness is derived from white supremacy, so we must primarily concern ourselves with black madness. Why we in the North cannot speak to a brother on the street. For five years in lived in Northern California at my writing retreat provided by a rich brother patron. But it was in the country and most of the population was white. But when I went into town to shop for food at the supermarket, the whites would not allow me to walk pass them without speaking. They went out of their way to speak to me, to ask me if there was anything I needed, and they were customers, not clerks. Some people asked me wasn't I scared up there with all those rednecks? I said no, I'm worried about those blacknecks when I come down from the mountains. The red necks are treating me royally. And so we must heal our trauma, not worry about the white man. He has his date with destiny and I know none of us want to be there when Mother Nature grabs his ass. I urge you to order my book How to Recover from the Addiction to White Supremacy, a Pan African 12 step manual to recover from the addition to white supremacy. $19.95, Black Bird Press, 1222 Dwight Way, Berkeley CA 94702. But this is not a book to read and put on the shelf, it is a manual to organize a peer group in your home, with your family, relatives, cousins, aunts, uncles, comrades, gang bangers, drinking buddies. Enough said. peace, Marvin X
  • Who needs to know when we meet? Do you know when Chinese meet, or white men, or black women. Maybe it's back to the secret society that all societies possess for their reasons, so we have ours. Let every man be the central command, self directed yet connected to everyman and woman. No more saviors, leaders, messiahs. Divine wisdom is on the internet, what else do you need to know. Like minds shall met at the right time, Praise be the shoulders we stand upon. Let us not shame them or betray them. Peace, Marvin X

Leaders die, like all men. Gratefully their messages survive in one form or another, as seeds of hope.
The generations that witnessed their leaders all killed like common victims of all too common crimes
felt their own mortality and chose to exist in fear, pursuit of trappings and relatively comfortably cages of suburban houses constructed by undocumented laborers, good jobs, granted by the same people we say hate us and nice foreign built cars, but enjoy nothing of our own design or productivity.
For that, we thank the leaders for their messages, but we missed the truth of it.

Even though the struggle is the same only amplified by 6 billion more lives, the players, both leaders and lead have skipped generations and now the price is greater, to provide food, transportation, shelter and purpose for the next exponential increase in the world's population, which will require the brains to utilize space equal to a landmass greater than Brazil another majority Black nation, the game has changed, today's young people have solutions in mind. They need leaders that can capitalize on that long neglected resource.

We don't know Brother Malik's killer, we know the one waiting outside our doors because he looks, walks, talks and thinks, just like us. He says exactly what his mother taught him, "Get the money, fuck the hoes"

    Good write.
    Thanks
