From 2005-6 this case was mine and my colleagues at the Univ of Cincinnati. As time passed and i was asked to transfer from Univ Cin to Boyd in Las vegas a, i agonized over this case albeit i knew in my gut that we would prevail.

i took a sabbatical, then returned (after being in Cuba for a period) to my current state and worked on a case where another AFRICAN brother James Bain had been down 35 yrs and when we prevailed in Dec, after the 2001 Fla laws changed and we were able to get the DNA
