Dear Community Reinvestment Coalition Partners
As of this week, it has been one month since we have respectfully asked for a coalition delegation to meet with senior representatives of JP Morgan Chase, and, after some back and forth email responses, assuring us of a date, none has been offered.
However, since our request, we have mobilized significant legislative support for our coalition advocacy efforts here in Chicago, and I doubt Chase will take its time responding to elected officials who will be moving on our behalf soon.
Additionally, we are making plans to launch an aggressive alternative banking option outreach with the goal of pulling away disgruntled Chase and Urban Partnership Bank customers AWAAAAAAAAAAAy from both institution in the Bronzeville and Mid-South communities.
