NEED YALL'S HELP IMMEDIATELY!! PLEASE...i received this in the mail today...Federal Circuit filed Jul 14, 2009ORDER“Rev. Khandi Konte-Bey proceeding pro se, moves the court to grant her permission to proceed in forma pauperis in her appeal from a district court order dismissing her civil rights complaint.Upon consideration, the motion is hereby denied pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3). The plaintiff is directed to pay the appellate filing fee in full with the district court within 30 days of the filing date of this order, or else this appeal will be dismissed for lack of prosecution.************************************************************************NOTE: i did NOT file “pro se”... i filed pro PER!!!!!!!! ...the court is saying that due to “lack of good faith” i must pay what is impossible to pay within 30 days. i get $115 per month which $108 goes to pay rent and i am left with a whopping $7 to live on... my electric is $50 per month; gas is $12 per month; my brotha and son pay my storage, internet and phone... exactly where am i supposed to get the $500 to pay court costs...more importantly, the district court that found that i filed “not in good faith” (28 u.s.c. 1915(a)(3) is the court that didn't bother to read my filings and misquoted me at every turn and made their decision based on assumptions and not the facts as i filed them...what is the law that states that when a court/judge does not even bother to read the complaint filed and does not even quote based on that information and decides based not on the court complaint? ...this is what i need help researching...thanx for your collective assistance...28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) An appeal may not be taken in forma pauperis if the trial court certifies in writing that it is not taken in good faith.Good FaithUS CODE: TITLE 28A,RULE 26.
