This week, Uhuru Radio is launching a fund drive to raise $5000 (US) for the establishment of a broadcast facility in Soweto, Occupied Azania (also known by its colonial name of South Africa). This is the latest in a series of developments that are making Uhuru Radio truly the "Online Voice of the International African Revolution". * In February, "listen via phone" service was made available to listeners in Cape Town and Johannesburg, where internet access is limited. * In March, award-winning journalist and Africanist Movement Director Chernoh Alpha M. Bah began co-hosting Africa Live: Issues Behind the Headlines in Africa, direct from Sierra Leone. * Utilizing Skype's free internet phone service, listeners from anywhere in the world can call-in to the live shows and participate in discussions with the makers and shapers of Africa's future. According to Uhuru Radio Director, Nyabinga Dzimbahwe, "throughout the African world, our people are facing severe economic and military aggression carried out by the forces that seek to enrich themselves at our expense. African people everywhere are resisting, and struggling for our freedom and the return of our resources. As the African liberation movement builds rapidly throughout Africa and the world, it’s urgent that we expand our ability to communicate and unite the struggles of African people towards victory and independence in our lifetime." "Our comrades in Azania have already secured a facility for broadcasting. Now we must equip and train the members of the new bureau, so that they can get started broadcasting live from Azania, one of the very important fronts of our international movement. We need resources to make this happen." Uhuru Radio is calling on supporters of this effort to donate online at UhuruRadio.com or by mailing a check to: Uhuru Radio 1245 18th Ave. S. St. Petersburg, FL 33705 USA You can make a one-time donation or you can become a subscriber to Uhuru Radio, which gives you access to unlimited downloads of the archived speeches of African People’s Socialist Party Chairman Omali Yeshitela. For a minimum of $10 (US) per month you can download these dynamic presentations and burn them to disc or sign-up for the podcast and load them onto your mp3 player. There are more than 50 speeches by the Chairman already available for download and more are added each month. You can go to the show page for Omali Yeshitela Speaks to read descriptions of the available presentations. The archives from the other shows on Uhuru Radio are available for anyone to listen to, but the archives from Omali Yeshitela Speaks are only accessible to subscribers. In the Name of Allah

As-Salaam Alaikum, Thanks for the info. I will keep these Brothers and Sisters
in mind when my "rebate" arrives (smile). They are doing a good work. Their method getting their message out is pure genious. We here in the armpit of hell (AmeriKKKa) should use the modern equipment at our disposal as a tool of Liberation as well!

    Uhuru! Free the Land
    As-Salaam Alaikum,
