For some Black Americans - it seems - I IS powerless, all power lies in WE, but, only THEY is able to get things done.

It seems that among some people of African Descent in the United States of America, I IS powerless and that all power lies in an on-going WE, but, more so in the expectant THEY. This seems to be most pronounced among those who shout the loudest.
