Surely, a historic declaration but how realistic?
What would be the challenges in implementing such a policy?
And what should the Diaspora community expect from African leaders?

OBVIOUSLY THOSE IN DIASPORA AND IN AFRICA HAVE A SOLID MOTIVE AND REASON BEHIND THIS ATTEMPT TO SALUTE THOSE IN THE DIASPORA WHO HAVE TRIED THEIR VERY BEST TO LOBBY FOR THE OVERALL AFRIKAN INTERESTS .WADE IS OBVIOUSLY PART OF THE GROUP OF AFRIKANIST TECHNOCRAT WHO FORESEE IN THE NEAR FUTURE A TANGIBLE < TURN TO EACH OTHERS AND NOT ON EACH OTHERS TYPE OF ATTITUDE > IF WE DO THE WORK AT OUR OWN LITTLE LEVEL WE MAY STAND MORE GROUND TO MAKE IT CREDIBLE AND FEASIBLE .
