I didn't but neither have I visited my father's grave. For me... the best way to celebrate a life is to follow in that individual's footsteps. I believe I'm doing that with both my father and Marcus Garvey.

    • Thanks for being personal, real and authentic in sharing yourself.
In your response to other questions you spoke a lot about "WE", we and we.
"I" is the only person who ever get anything do - I the first person, the first step, the first word - everything begins with I.
"WE" never does anything that "I" am not doing.
There is no WE without I.

very true. I think we often use "We" in the hopes that "We" will catch on to what "I" is doing.

    • The opportunity and the take away from this conversation is for I and YOU to begin being undaunted in our stand and commitment.

I am the only person I can account for or control.
My actions and ways of must be to inspire and motivate others - lead.

Stop using the pronoun we (third person).

Begin speaking for I (first person), my commitment in service of WE.

I NEVER DOES ANYTHING THAT WE IS NOT DOING.
WE IS ALWAYS WAITING FOR I TO BEGIN.
WE WILL NEVER BEGIN UNTIL I BEGINS.

We is an accumulation of I's (like links in a chain) each link, each I has to be held accountable is service of WE, the common purpose.

So, what are we doing when I am doing nothing?

Thanks for allowing be to be redundant.

As I always do and have done for more than 37 years. By going to the Marcus Garvey day celebration @ Garvey/Lumumba Harlem) park in Baltimore (Tubman) city, Maryland.

    • Please give us a report of the event in text, pictures or video.

      Thanks for being here.
