How similar ISIS and SPECTRE are? Strange or Not? Is there somewhere balls big enough to be James Bond?

The ? for me is what is the difference between ISIS and the boys in blue in the streets of America I say none back in the day the kkk use to ride through the black community spreading fear through hangings and beating even castrations now they put 20 to 40 rounds into our bodies . We have always lived under terrorist threats and still do in 2015. Also now with the new stand your ground laws anyone can kill a black person and its legal. Black people don't fear ISIS we fear driving home alone at night are being bold enough to stand up for our rights and being shot by a racist cop or a concern kkk member. we need to call a terrorist a terrorist no matter who they are.
