This I have learned, gotten and have generated - a source spring from which I arise: When I am not speaking, no one is listening. (with thanks to Jitu Weusi) However, when I speak, only a select hears what's said, the others are busy listening to their judgments and interpretations of what's said while assessing whether to agree or disagree with what's said.They never get what's said.
